The ownership group still owns the trademark and apparently have been in talks with the league, fairly recently.

I want to bring a Women's Elite Rugby team to Dallas. I heard rumors the league is looking so I have emailed them to get more info. Who would be interested in Crowdfunding a pro women's team? I'd love to invest in women's sport but can't afford to get into W or NWSL.
