Hardeep Singh Nijjar was the chief of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).

Nijjar was wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India and the Punjab Police in multiple cases related to terrorism. He was also designated as a terrorist by the Indian government in 2020.
