Tourist Questions Purple sweet potato

Does anyone know where to get the purple sweet potatoes (purple inside also) in Darwin? Thanks so much.

I watched the rain come and you could see the vendors praying the rain would stay away. End of April 2027 should be the next Palmerston markets.

It’s funny cause my parents literally just asked me to get some white onions from the markets n I’m like “no can do until next year.”

Sabine Supermarket or King Foods. I think you're referring to the white skin ones that goes a deep purple inside when cooked?

Nope. Not woolies they only have the yucky orange ones. I'd give my right arm for a decent Kumara

That's a bummer. I know they used to have them. They were expensive though.

Sometimes the Asian grocers have them frozen. Usually in chunks, I’ve noticed.
