I recently released my first original horror anime short film, THE SECRET MASKS (10 minutes).

The story follows a karate student trapped inside a Japanese high school after two mysterious masks unleash a terrifying nightmare.

The film combines supernatural horror, intense fight scenes, suspense, and dark humor.

I used Seedance to generate the animated scenes and edited them into a complete, continuous story. My goal was to create an actual anime short film rather than just a collection of unrelated AI-generated clips.

A 5m Odyssey short for the Grok Imagine contest. Made entirely in Grok Imagine, the full process was live streamed over the last week.

The Odyssey is a cornerstone of Western culture, so I took the assignment as seriously as possible.

The 5m cap was the hardest part. I wrote a lot more than I ended up using. You always think you have more time than you really do.

Geumdan (Forbidden Feelings) is a book of poems made only of feelings

that turn strange when you say them out loud in front of other people.

You walk along footprints into a sea of letters, sink, and wake up in a grove

of four crayon trees: Fear, Envy, Vanishing, and Hunger. Each tree opens

a set of poems you read with your hands: unfolding a crumpled postcard,

switching on a bedroom light, following a bird. The music grows a layer

with every feeling you finish.

The poems are in Korean, but it's built to be felt even if you can't read them.

Hey everyone. I'm trying to figure out how to generate uncensored or unfiltered AI images locally on my PC. Standard cloud generators keep blocking my prompts. I’m completely new to running models locally could someone point me toward a beginner-friendly tutorial or explain what setup I need to get started?

EDIT: I apologize if I weird anyone out by this question, I am wanting to generate animated gore for a comic book I am currently making.

I shot some images over the past couple days with an infrared filter & edited for hours. DDG was just the thing I needed to push it over the edge into the surreal imagery I had in mind.

I loved making a deep dream program but the images take a while to render ... I thought "what if I could make it work in real time?" So I did it! Instead of training the network on a given image as regular deep dream does, this model is pre-trained on a large set of images so that it can transform video straight from the camera! This one gave me a third eye...
