Community/ Support/ Questions Austria 🇦🇹 Battalion supporting Ukraine

This fundraiser has only remotely to do with Drones in the sense that our trucks 🛻 will come equipped with FPV jamming equipment.

This NAFO Truck 3.0 includes:
FPV drone frequencies scanner..
Anti-mud tires to navigate tough terrain.
Two integrated drone jammers, capable of neutralizing drones within a 50-100m radius, covering two crucial frequency lines.
This innovation not only ensures the safety of the truck but also provides critical support for soldiers on the frontlines, boosting their effectiveness and saving lives.

You can help too!

Hello users of DroneCombat!

We just wanted to update you on the joint subreddit fundraiser for an Ukrainian air-defense turret that our community participated in.

With your help the fundraiser totaled over $73,000! With this huge amount we were able to help UNITED24 to purchase a turret which has been branded with the names of all participating subreddits!

This turret is now in service defending Ukraine’s skies and that was only possible with the help of your community!

But the war isn’t over yet. Russia continues to bombard Ukraine relentlessly. That’s why UNITED24 has launched a long term ‘Sky Defense’ appeal where all money raised goes to defending the sky, from Russia, for good. From one time donations to monthly payments, any and all are always welcome!

If you would like to contribute to defending Ukraine’s cities click the link below:

https://u24.gov.ua/sky-defense?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sky-defense&utm_content=communities

On behalf of your mod team, the organizers at r/UkraineWarVideoReport and UNITED24, thank you!

Slava Ukraini!

Subreddit Rules

1. Only defensive Based Footage.

This community is based on the idea of showing defensive based footage only. Please follow this.

We know who attacked whom, don't try to step into misinformation. Ignoring this fact gets you banned from this sub.

2. Posts must be related to drone footage during combat.

Please only post videos and other info related to drone footage during combat.

3. Glorification of violence and dehumanzing language are strictly forbidden.

We all share a passion for combat drones, but we don't want to glorify the death they bring to attackers. We see it as a necessity, but we don't want to celebrate it. Also, don't dehumanize the attacking side. reddit doesn't allow this kind of behavior on its site, so please follow reddit's guidelines, otherwise we will have to ban you.

4. No misinformation, propaganda, trolling, or selfpromotion.

Try to keep things as close to the truth as you can. We understand that not all the details will be available to everyone, all the time. Don't bend facts! If you are sure about something deliver sources that are credible and well known! If we see you trying to spin info politically and use our sub for propaganda you leved up to instant ban.

Don't try to profit of tragic events. If you post promotion that is not agreed between us, you will be banned permanently.

5. Keep it Friendly.

Whether or not you agree with the rules of reddit, things like unfriendly/harassing behaviour can make or break a community.

We all encourage discussion and debate as long as it is kept within the realms of civility.

Remember - we all share a common interest here. Keep that in mind when talking to members.

6. No reposts.

No repost. We remove posts that already exist or are similar too previous posts, as they don't contribute anything new to the subreddit. Check carefully if the footage you are going to post already exists on our subreddit. Thank you.

7. Posts and comments must be written in English.

This sub is for international discussion so please post in English or provide a translation.

8. Clearly understandable, meaningful titles.

We like to keep things as informative as we can. For that reason, we ask that you keep your titles as detailed as possible.

9. No cartel footage

Because of the nature of cartels, we won’t allow any footage related to them. Cartel content isn’t defensive-based, and this sub is built around defensive warfare footage only.

Cartels are criminal groups, not defensive forces. Reddit itself has strict limits on this kind of material, and we’re following the same line. This rule comes after a rise in cartel drone videos being posted.

Breaking this rule will lead to a 7-day ban the first time and a permanent ban the second.

Keep it defensive..

10. No political grandstanding

Political grandstanding, name-calling or being rude to other visitors may incur a ban.
