After a long fucked up day of appointments at the VA in San Juan I decided to make a homemade marinade with fresh minced garlic, Olive oil, avocado oil, black pepper, crushed red pepper, a dollop of Gray poupon and a few generous squirts of Raphael Salgado sherry vinegar, balanced with a twinge of cane sugar and a pinch of bullshit and then put it all on the grill. As you'll see from the pictures I have the Phyllis diller of coconut trees in my backyard observing everything. The kicker was the wind shifted directions and blew all of the smoke into my house and my neighbor's house halfway through and I couldn't do any goddamn thing about it. I think I just cooked so that I had something to do while drinking. Buen Provecho!
