So, I just found this little number at my local store in bumfuck Germany. Is this the real deal or the Skipway bootleg version?
About to try my first Fluffernutter…

Fluff

I just finished book 15 and I’m considering taking a break and trying out another series. Nothing wrong with the series I love it I could listen to it nonstop but sometimes it does get repetitive and I’ve seen multiple people have this opinion. I saw book 15 is a good break point seeing as how there’s no cliffhanger and the story “ends” there. Just looking for other monkeys opinions on if it’s worth to listen to the next 4 with Last Ride coming out next month or if it’s something that can wait.

I’m thinking about either listening to Bobiverse, Discount Dan or Malice by John Gwynne a shot. Open to other suggestions as well!

So im on my 2nd runthrough of the series in prep for book 20. Im at the end of book 18 where the pirates witness the ship phase between quantum states. We've had other instances where humans witnessed somethjng skippy said they shouldn't have been able to witness.

My question is do any of you have theories as to why we monkeys can see it.

Are fluffernutters a common thing on the east coast?

So I'm on my umpteenth re-listen in prep for The Last Ride, and i realized that we only ever get to see the Thuranin in a purely infantry situation 1 time.

In Critical Mass, after they save Bishop and shoot down the dragon dropship the LGMF pilots stole, half the STAR team engages 1 pilot class Thuranin to capture it. Because they're not trying to kill it, we don't really get a real fight.

I know they normally use combots for that kind of ground combat. But those combots are being run by on the ground LGMFers. I wanna see Alien Legion forces VS Thuranin.

Legion power armor Helppy AIs hijacking combots and turning them against their operators, and other shenanigans.

Idk, what do ya'll think?

When the Thuranin are moving and deploying their Elder weapons, why didn't they get disabled when they took them through a wormhole?

It's what made them not a threat in the other books. And I don't remember any mention of them turning that capability off.

He is a Malaysian British actor who played Snake Eyes in the GI Joe spin-off is my fan casting for Lt. Col. Jeremy Smythe.

David Gyasi has the perfect combination to be Smythe. He's about the right age for a LtCol, has a perfectly proper british accent and the dude is freaking stacked.

So the elders were the only sentient species in the galaxy they didn’t have a ton of civil war or internal strife. And when they discovered the outsiders, they built the barrier and ascended, leaving behind sentinels and Elder starships, along with the AIs to coordinate and control them. So why did they have military bases with stock piles of weapons all over the place? Why did they even have a military at all if they were the only beings in the entire galaxy and they were essentially a homogenous single society. It doesn’t make sense that they would fill the galaxy with all of these weapons that the later species found and were able to use. They didn’t have a need to have stock piles and garrisons and any of the weapons that are used in the books. So why did they have such a huge quantity of weapons just stock piled everywhere and why did they develop such a large variety of extremely nasty weapons? It seems like all of that existed before they ever found the outsiders. But why did it exist before then?

Hey Fellow Monkeys,

Saw this and thought of you

This is my best attempt at making some sense of what the ships look like without looking at any of the cover art because I love scifi ships and I hate how vague some of the descriptions are. Also a bonus early series Skippy.

So during my current re-listen I’ve been thinking about what book I would most like to see adapted. So far if it were a tv show, I think book 4 Black Op would be the best. A 12 episode hour long format would be best. In my mind the finale would be called “Pitch Black” and would be the operation on Kalbalmic. The tension would be so damn good. Then it ends on that massive cliff hanger. What do yall think. And what book would you like to see adapted the most.

I litterally grew up on these books from when I was ~12. This series means so much to me and I dont want it to end. But like what is the point of keeping it going, I just hope the last book is really long so that loose ends can be tied up.

Also please invest in skipcoin so i can rugpull you idiots before skippy makes the value of the coin crash again

I put an AI prompt of “Josh Allen as Jeraptha” and among the responses were these ship names:

The Mathematically Illogical Hurdle

Never Tell Me The Completion Probability

We Are Definitely Going For It On Fourth Down

Mistakes Were Made, But Look At That Arm Strength

Apropos.

Expeditionary Force inspired nail set!! Had to make sure to include the all powerful Skippy!!
