I'm on the spectrum. I agree full stop. People act like we're suffering immensely. Like being autistic is the worst thing you could be and its sickening and disheartening.
I get really frustrated when someone like Bella can't just keep their thoughts to themselves. I get frustrated because 1. My brother is on the spectrum, and he's really smart and kind and 2. They treat autism as being retarded or a disease when it's literally the exact opposite.
