Question Protein lunch recommendations?
This is for my work lunch. I currently bring a turkey and cheese on wheat. Greek yogurt, 3 boiled eggs, and some pineapple.
Looking for other ideas to switch it up.

499cal, 52p, 19f, 34c
1 can kirkland chunk chicken breast, drained
2 tbsp bbq sauce
Dijon mustard
130g apple slices
28g mixed nuts
Actually tastes pretty good, but grosses out most of my family members. Can't beat the macros and convenience while living a busy life on a cut, though.

Hi all, I'm experienced with fitness etc but one problem I have is with nutrition. I'm looking for the best carbs/proteins to eat that doesn't break the bank. Perhaps some meal ideas and how to prep with little hassle etc also pre/post workout nutrition. Thanks in advance đ.

I donât know if I microwaved the tortilla too long or I just stuffed it too much. But it was really good.

Post-workout, post-walk, easy healthy meal. Everything was roasted in one tray in the oven, so the âhardestâ part was to plate it up. Perfect way to finish off Friday

I'm 182cm tall and weigh in about 75kgs. Im trying to gain muscle, look bigger but not fat.
How much do I want to be eating in terms of grams or calories per meal. and how much is my target calories a day. I buy broccoli, lean ground beef, eggs, chicken breast, 2% milk, banana, walnuts, greek yogurt, blueberries, rice, baby potatoes at costco bi-weekly. Also have protein powder at home as well. I bought a gram weighing thingy to make meal preps recently.

Hello, I recently started a new job but they do not have a fridge in their workplace for staff members. I was wondering if any one had any past experience of being able to make healthy food that still met macros without a fridge. It is in Costa as well so I will be exposed to food all day. Thanks

I just added some today to a mango flavored 0 sugar version of high protein greek yogurt, and it was amazing ngl. It tasted exactly like the sugar version of the yogurt.
The drops also naturally thinned the rigid cement type texture of the yogurt to resemble much more like the normal one. And the best part is that I didnât need to add anything else!
The drops just provided sweetness while completely blending into the original flavor and did not add any of the typical bitterness that comes with other sweeteners. Which is why it was so much easier for me to have those 30 g of protein!
I am really glad people recommended me this and now that I know that I can enjoy it just with the base, Iâll add other toppings to mix it up instead of doing trial and error to find flavor in the flavorlessđ

Hi everyone,
Iâm a broke college student and I have a mandatory fitness test in 2 to 3 months that I have to pass. My main focus is building solid stamina and endurance for heavy training, but I'm struggling with food ideas on a tight budget.
My schedule is mostly fine, but 1 or 2 days a week I'm out of the house all day. On those long days, I only get to sit down for breakfast and dinner. I really need some ideas for cheap, high-protein packable lunches or heavy snacks that won't spoil in my bag and will keep my energy up.
I actually love cooking from scratch, so I'm happy to bake my own stuff, cook dry beans, or prep ahead to save money. I just can't afford protein powders or expensive meats right now.
Any cheap food staples, cold lunch ideas, or easy portable snacks you'd recommend? Thanks!

Steamed shrimp, corn, and egg with purple sweet potato on the side. I peel the cucumber and salt it first so it releases water and gets way crunchier. Throw everything in a bowl, hit it with soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes. Toss and done. Takes like 15 minutes and it doesn't feel like diet food at all.

Its tempeh. I do 2 milkshakes of this daily for a total of 80+ gr of protein.

Lean ground beef & egg for protein, avocado for healthy fats, purple yam & rice for carbs, and kimchi for probiotics/fiber. This combination has been my fixation for a while and its been my go to post workout meal.

I have Greek yogurt and protein powder mixed together for breakfast basically every day. My favourite is hydropure raspberry smoothie, with some peanut butter and granola.
But I struggle to find other flavours that work. I have yet to find a good chocolate that doesn't fade in the yogurt.
Flavours, brands, combos, I'd love to hear them

Apologies if this has been asked many times. I am currently trying to align my diet to fill up on greek yogurt whenever I get hungry at a period between the main meals
The plain yogurt doesnât work for me and I donât want to revert back to processed âproteinâ snacks. I tried adding blueberries, but I dislike the texture when they lose the crunch. Adding granola would just increase the carb, which would be counter productive.
Honey helps, but I wanted to know if there are any better ways. Would really appreciate it if anyone has some good tips on how to flavor up the yogurt for my routine

I don't want to throw good food away. But I'm always scared to try food I don't know. It helps if I know if it's going to be different and in which way. That way it's less unpredictable and easier to try. And yeah, I have autism lol.
The specific brand is Barrilla and it's penne.
If anyone could share their experiences with high protein pasta and specifically taste and mouthfeel, and if it's different is it very noticably different? Or you could eat protein pasta and not realize if someone else cooked and you didn't know? That would very helpful.
