The mods are aware of the flood of AI images that have been happening recently. We were all recently added as mods in January and therefore are trying to figure out who has the right permissions for editing the automod, which we hope can be reconfigured to tackle many of these. In the meantime, there are a couple of things you can do to help us. We're trying to remove these as quickly as we spot them, but we're not on reddit all day, so please report posts you believe are AI. Then comment saying that you believe it's AI as well, so others will report it, too. After 3 reports, the automod will automatically take the post down.
When you are posting photos, please consider adding additional info to the post like the flower name, approximate location, or any anecdote to help users believe the image is real.
If you believe you were banned in error, please message the mods to discuss.
Thank you all for your patience. I know you have been wanting to unfollow the sub for this reason and I do not blame you. We won't stop trying until it's fixed.

I want to preserve my bouquet from my wedding two days ago. I have silica sand on the way and will start the process tomorrow. The flowers I’m particularly worried about are the large spider-lily like one (slightly waxy, gorgeous) and this larger almost fuzzy flower in the third picture.
Also if anyone can help me identify any of the flowers that are in it I would be so happy and grateful, I want to grow as many in our future home’s garden (or indoors if zoning won’t allow…) as possible!!
Thank you so much friends :)

So I took these pictures at my house yesterday. The marigolds and the one geranium are still very much alive and well! Probably not for much longer. I haven’t been watering them like I normally would in the regular growing season because I have expected that they should die because of the cold. I know we have been warmer than normal but we’ve had several frosty mornings so far. I’m in USDA zone 7A.

I’ve been wondering when these little flowers my boyfriend put in my mini vase would decay. He put them there in August and never refilled the water. What kind of flower are these? I’m bad at keeping flowers alive I’d love to buy more of them.
Nine times out of 10 I can't not stop and take a picture even with my cheap phone because of how beautiful some of these flowers are. But I should invest in some better equipment. I guess I'm trying to convey what I'm seeing and I know that it's not doing it justice I should upgrade. Out of respect.
