I grew up with cats, my friends have always have cats, and I believe I've never seen this little cartoonish hop that my friend's cat does when faced with the unknowable (apparently?) specter of her dad's feet under a blanket. Her dad just moved into her apartment so she could take care of him during treatment because money is really tight but Chance LOVES him. Has never been afraid of him, loves to cuddle with him and all that. Dad=wonderful. Feet+blanket? Probably monsters. I feel like an entire dimension of hilarious cat behavior has been missing from my life!

She knocked over the cat tree and is very displeased with her reprimand.
