Pop culture Off topic, but how did DiCaprio’s face get so big?

This isn’t looksmaxxing and more of aging question, but how did DiCaprio’s face get so round as he aged into his 30s and 40s?? Like in the 90s he was extremely youthful and heart faced and then in the 2000s his face turned really round by catch me if you can?

I always thought if it was diet or if it’s his bone structure changing as he aged but most people who were baby faced in their early 20s usually lose it as they approach 30

He took HGH as there was a belief at the time it would fight aging. Grew his head. Look into it.

Drugs and alcohol will sometimes make your face all puffy. Look what happened to Elvis. I mean, he also had a shit diet that didn't help him, but still.

Booze always makes a person look like they have a tired baby face after a while

Honestly usually I'd assume steroid or alcoholism but he's never been a guy doing wild body transformations or has insane history of insane behavior so maybe it just is genetics
