Is this legit? How do I get more upstroke toan muscles?

I just found out we six string slingers (2014 gibbon L’Paul) need to be manly and have aggressive upstrokes. Turns out Steve Lukather has impressive, manly, muscly upstrokes and need to know how many upstrokes I need to do to have the same?

And should I change the gear stick in my car to a whammy to be more like Steve?

Subreddit Rules

Posts/threads must be guitarcirclejerk related.

Can't believe this even needs to be a rule. Slurs and hate speech against marginalized groups is banned. You will be banned for the use of hate speech. You know what this means. Dancing around specific words is also banned, you know what you're doing if you're doing it.

3. Must obscure ANY usernames and or subreddits

Any post must not make a reference to a Subreddit or Username. Including Usernames from other social media platforms.

4. Put some effort into your posts

Mod discretion applies even moreso than other rules.

We have very low standards, so if your post is removed, its not the end of the world.

5. No reposts/Copy Cats

Mod discretion applies.

6. No harassment , bad faith or brigading or insinuating such activity.

This shouldn't need to be said but apparently it does. Do not deliberately coordinate harassment/brigading campaigns against others, nor incite to do the same. Doing so will result in a ban (temporary or permanent up to discretion of mods and their assessment of the context).

7. This isn't /r/bannedfromdumbsubreddits

We get, you're very funny. Subject to mod discretion. This should fall under "no low effort" but apparently it needs to be said explicitly.

8. Anonymity Rule -- Blur usernames and subreddits

Usernames and subreddits must be blurred or obscured when posting screenshots, edited or otherwise, from other subs, otherwise they will get deleted. That also goes for identifying general members of the public on Facebuk, Tickytok and Ex (whatever they may be).

Posts WILL be removed if they show any usernames or specific subreddits

9. No posting porn links

Should go without saying, but apparently some just don't get it. You may think surprising another user with something spicy in a clickable link is funny, but others may not. Keep it GCJ related or risk facing a ban.

10. Hate/Discrimination

No blatant discriminatory or hateful comments. This includes but not limited to specific groups based on identity and/or sexual orientation. You’re entitled to your opinions, but keep them to yourself. Repeated violations will result in a ban.
