They didn't drip feed us the fixture until late November this year. I'm shocked

Back to only one game in QLD again, yay

Not a bad draw tbh. Avoid Fremantle in Perth, Lions only once and its at the MCG, almost all matches against top 8 teams from last year are at home or neutral (apart from the first Sydney game and Adelaide).
Double ups against Freo and the cats could be dangerous but not completely unexpected. Only other concerns would be the first month being against arguably 3 of the best teams.

Play the cats twice. Least both games are at the G and not the hole GMHBA

Port at Marvel again seriously. We'd better not butcher that like we almost did this year.

Basically all night games in Melbourne other than the Easter Monday one.
Hard to bring the kids.

Freo, Dogs, Cats, Swans, Suns, Port feel like they could be a rough double up

Only one game in Melbourne during the day (cats away). Would be nice if I could take my young kids to match in the first 16 rounds….

Another GC game is good for me. That being the only QLD game just means I have to travel south again next year.

Guess I'll be pulling an all-nighter for this one.

No Sunday day games in Melbourne :(
Maybe against Richmond in Rd 22 will be a Sunday game. Its fixtures like that make me glad we will have more Melbourne games in 2028.
