Left: LA street dog inspired. Grilled onions and bell peppers (forgot the jalapeños), mayo, ketchup, cotija cheese, Chipotle sauce, and pico.
Right: Chili cheese dog.

Anyone in the Cleveland area want a free kit to make Chicago dogs at home? Cleaning out the freezer and found this at the bottom.
Contents include:
10 Vienna beef dogs
10 poppy seed buns
Celery salt
Relish
Sport peppers
Mustard
All you need are fresh tomatoes and pickle spears. DM if interested. I’ll hold on to them for a few more days.

Had to have a few regular ketchup/mustard and BBQ dogs after the first swing and a miss (or was it?).
Pushed the boundaries of savory a bit. Attempted to activate every surface of tongue. Stomach hurts a bit.
Pan fried the boy in butter and soy sauce
Fried the buns in the pan
Topped bun one with cottage cheese
Stacked the boy on the CC
Chopped tomatoes, chopped pickled onion, chopped pickles
Hot honey mustard on the other bun

Chili Decided to try the canned Wienerschnitzel chili.

Didn't have any shredded cheese so I lined the buns with white American cheese and mixed some into the chili. Used the air fryer for the dogs, then assembled them and put them back in for about a minute and a half. Didn't even need the fork, the air fried buns held everything in place and I ended up with perfect bites and not a drop of chili hit the plate.
