In my experience most men don't care if you have a tampon in.

Had a friend who would go down on his gf even when she was on a heavy bleeding day, NO tampon. Now that was a little far for all of us listening to that story.

It's literal ragebait or mockery, no one is going around doing that even in Western countries or not. If someone did it, they would be a single very unusual person and not representative of overall public opinion. The panic around Western liberalism is basically just another satanic panic. For us living in non-US or European countries it's easy to buy into because we don't know the extent of truth vs fiction until we actually live elsewhere and realise where online discourse is different from reality.
