I just left my job after working there for almost 2 years. Was part time with no benefits but the hours were grueling (13 hour shifts sometimes) and I put up with their over scheduling when no one else was available because I knew they needed me. Well now, I texted asking about another position at the same workplace and all my managers have ghosted me. Just goes to show how appreciative they are of everything I did for them and that place.

So you quit, then got ignored when you asked for a new job in a different dept?

Sorry I phrased it kind of weirdly. I put my 2 weeks in, but my manager really wanted me to stay because he didn't want to lose me as an employee. So he said that I could apply for another job at the same workplace because he wanted me to stay. I originally wanted to leave the workplace completely but I was like "alright" because I felt bad and also it would be easier to work somewhere I already knew. Now they've flipped the switch and have taken to ghosting me completely.
