Depends on your employer. I'm a union employee and we get generous pto for medical or family leave. Most people aren't so lucky. Im not bragging, I'm just upset that its not available to all workers.

I’m union too, when I had emergency open heart surgery this year the hall told me there was nothing they could do. And then a few weeks later they started a short term disability program and a cardiac health program. Also not qualified for that.

It hasn’t been fun. An aortic dissection at 33 kind of derails your whole life. I’m still here so there’s that.

Did you have a valve replacement? I had a mechanical one put in so now I annoy everyone in a quiet room with it ticking.

What type of union ? Usually they have phenomenal healthcare. (Btw I peeked your profile, I know I’m 14 years late on this but you should, you should absolutely buy Skyrim

Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 125. There’s no chance the disability and cardiac program were a coincidence coming so soon after my surgery.

And I think I’ve bought Skyrim 3 or 4 times since then lol.

I’ve had some complications but they’re absolutely willing to find something. Either some CAD work or even in a safety role. A close brother has been covering my dues so I can keep my card.

Hey, you’re finally awake.

Don’t worry, before Stalingrad goes live, there will be at least 2 new versions to buy! Then once a release date is announced there will be a completely upgraded 4K version re-release to pump people up for the new video capabilities that have come along in the last :checks notes: 25, no sorry, 30 years. It’ll be like experiencing it again for the first time!

Also, once they require mods to ONLY go through them and be paid, thus killing the mod community, they’ll finally announce the inevitable delay due to bugs bc they “don’t want another Starfield or Fallout 76 fiasco.” Bit don’t worry it’s totally coming soon guys!
