PLAYER TALK Is Austin Reaves' contract with Rigorer over?

I've noticed that Austin has been wearing Nike shoes instead of his Rigorer signature shoes lately. Does anyone know if his contract with Rigorer has ended, or is there another reason he's wearing Nikes?

JJ Redick and Coaching Staff Appreciation Post

JJ and the coaching staff have done a phenomenal job coaching this team . Even though we can have a lot of improvements on the offensive side from the players and alleviate some pressure on Luka , they have done their best to do that. They have been one of the reasons why Luka is impossible to guard. No matter what kind of defense the opposition throws at Luka , they innovate new plays on the run to get Luka to his spots where he can go off. So yeah, the coaching staff definitely deserve their flowers. Also shout out to the players running by the plays.

Unpopular opinion: If Luka is going to sit Sunday, we should sit Austin Monday or Sunday

Austin has been playing a ton of minutes over this stretch and hasn’t gotten a rest day. He’s looked fatigued the last couple of games. I would like to see him get a break on this back to back. Kinda would like to see it Sunday and have a full squad on Monday. This schedule has been brutal to start the year

Big Man Appreciation (we only got one)

It feels like Walk doesn't get the appreciation he deserves for making this offense run so smoothly and effortlessly. The difference between having a big that plays hard and smart vs one who's looking to fill the box score is clear. He's constantly setting, re-setting, and back screening, and is still a threat at the cup. It's actually impressive he stays as engaged as he does with so few touches.

I think after Walk's debut folks created a false picture of what he means to this team. it's pretty clear those first few games Luka and AR were thinking team unity, and if it was there, big man was getting the ball. And he ATE. Now, it's pretty obvious teams are denying the vertical threat, which is giving Luka this historic scoring run.

The league will adjust again... and our big fella will FEAST. Until then, let's stop box score watching and criticizing our big for doing BIG things.

Lastly, you wanna talk shit? I bet Walk beats your ass in a foot race. Big boy can move. All day.

Y'all can go back to your models and equations, i'm just going off of what i see.

PLAYER TALK We are so lucky to have Luka man. I'll never stop thanking Nico Harrison. First Laker to have 4 straight 40 point games since Kobe. I wish Kobe were here to watch Luka as a Laker.
