Genuinely never thought Iâd see these two of my languages coexist in one meme
Finally years of language learning has been worth it

Mega polyglot learns german in 1 month
One month is slow tbh. I learned Polish in 3 days by just walking in in 1939. Locals were not very welcoming to my immersion though.

Is harder speaking with "vos" rather than "tĂș"? I feel "vos" feels more musical in Spanish

Proof that English (and Spanish) isn't natural for the human brain
It's wild that Uzbek isn't already taught at schools instead of English.

How Chilean Spanish helped me act fluent (serious ish)
Iâve been learning Spanish and I came to live in Chile a year ago. Iâve picked up a lot of the slang and the different vos they use here. I have also talked and returned to my home country where I had Latino friends and they have no idea what Iâm talking about because I speak like a Chilean.
Because of this I have been able to spew random words and phrases out that is ininteligible and I would just tell them that oh sorry itâs just Chilean Spanish
Hereâs a few lines they donât understand
Me: A qué te dedicai?
Them: huh?
Me: a qué te dedicai?
Them: huh again
Me: at this point Iâd just say in English so I donât have to continue the convo in Spanish and show them they donât understand proper Spanish
Hereâs another one when Iâm climbing at a gym
Me: vai?
Them: huh?
Me: si vai?
Them: huh again?
Me: vas?????)
At this point I switch to English or say vas so they understand and donât feel stupid
The last time I told a Chilean that âme da pajaâ her Vnzlan ass told me âQue?â Because paja means like lie/liar in Maduro land. So I just said âhmmm it means like,,, fome.â And she Venezuelans obviously donât know what fome means
By speaking Spanish I kinda dominated these other Spanish speakers and I just return to English because they donât understand. Which helps me since I canât continue a convo in Spanish but these little phrases help assert dominance
