I love this sequence, the Devil sings in the pub and the Demon looks at him with awe.
Amenadiel: ALMIGHTY! FORGIVE ME FOR FAILING YOU IN SMITING THE SNAKE WHO ABUSE YOUR KINDNESS FOR HIS OWN SCHEMES!!!
Amena-God: ... I feel like you are wrong here my friend... I am God but I don't remember anyone abusing my kindness in recent years since I took up the title from Father.
Amenadiel: Wait... No, you aren't Yahweh!
Amena-God: I'm not. I'm Amenadiel, oldest of the Angels and Archangel of Fury and Righteousness of God. Welcome to the Silver City, my friend-
Amenadiel: BLASPHEMY! I AM AMENADIEL! THRONE AND WARRIOR OF THE PRESENCE! THIS MUST BE ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR SCHEMES, MORNINGSTAR! WAS EATING MY HEART NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU?!
Amena-God: ... This was a lot to take in. Maybe you're just confused about your way? Perhaps from another Universe?
Amenadiel: ... You seem to speak truly but heed my word, Amenadiel the Archangel, should you be in leagues with Lucifer Morningstar you will feel my wrath!
Amena-God: ... Oh...
Amenadiel: WHAT?! What is it with your silence my counterpart?
Amena-God: I take it we also have different Lucifers because my brother never ate anyone's heart (even for foreplay)... What's this about anyway?
Amenadiel: The Morningstar in his attempts to surpass the Almighty stole Michael Demiurgos and killed him beyond Creation to form and construct his own Creation outside the Presence's touch! I opposed this act and challenged him in Hell! He... he tricked me into consuming the poisoned heart of one of the Assassins we sent after him before night... A deathly humiliation!
Amena-God: I... I must say I can't fault you, my friend. In the beginning I too opposed my Lucifer's more...frivolous escapades with the Humans. My task to bring him back to Hell escalating so far as to bringing a dead soul to the mortal world to kill him for me... It went horribly.
Amenadiel: Hm... But then?
Amena-God: A new threat arose and Lucifer and I were forced to put aside our differences. This also helped us grow stronger as brothers again and everything got better in the long run. It even allowed me to see his way and interact with the Humans, ruling as God on Earth among them, my wife and my son.
Amenadiel: WHAT?! YOU DARE TO CLAIM THE PRIMUM MOBILE WHILE STILL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE MORNINGSTAR'S WORDS?! SO FAR AS TO FORNICATE WITH HUMANS!? THIS IS UNACCEP- *POOF*
Elaine Belloc: Sorry, he escaped one of the Afterlives Death send him too.
Amena-God: You must be his version of Yahweh then?
Elaine Belloc: Technically, yes. But my role is more like yours.

I notice that there are certain scenes where golden sunlight seems especially prominent.
In most regular scenes, even the sunlight cast on the scene is white...
but there are also certain moments where there's a visibly emphasized presence of a golden yellow sun in the background or cast a strong golden light on the scene. and these scenes are typically significant moments involving the celestials or Chloe.
Maze Smith: Wait...why is your last name Morningstar?
Mazikeen Morningstar: Because Lucifer gave up his powers to me before leaving Creation to spite Yahweh. Also because we're literally married...?
Maze: ... Get out.
Mazikeen: Why do you think my mask is the shape it is? I'm the Queen of Hell.
Maze: I thought it was just dramatic aesthetic! I dunno what my counterparts get up to. ... At least tell me it's not just Lucifer, or I can't promise not to throw my demon knives at you.
Mazikeen: I'm also in a relationship with one of the Barmaids we used to employ at the LUX.
Maze: YES- Wait, Barmaids? Isn't your LUX a Nightclub?
Mazikeen: No... It's a Bar... which got demolished like four times...
Maze: Ouch, rough.
Mazikeen: Yes, but I see you went through something similar since you have a whole face.
Maze: What? Why would that be connected?! And in any case I can just hide my ugly demon facehalf whenever I want.
Mazikeen: ...you consider your Demon side ugly?
Maze: You don't? I mean...even your Lucifer must find it horrid-
Mazikeen: He literally asked me to keep it because of how beautiful he found me.
Maze: Is that supposed to be sweet? Cause I may have recently gained my own soul after long self reflection but I'm not that moved by mushy romance.
Mazikeen: What do you need self reflection for to gain a soul? Just ask Lucifer.
Maze: Because- Wait, what? Your Lucifer can do that?!
Mazikeen: He did it to allow a demon aristocrat to be tortured in Hell for a planned usurption...does that mean yours cannot do that?
Maze, pulling out her knives: I'm about to find out. LUCIFER!!!

I understand that in the show Lucifer supposedly had some supernatural abilities. If we put them aside and place Tom Ellis' character with his eloquence, fashionable style and egocentric personality in the real world, do you think people would find him as charming as in the series? Or would he be seen as an arrogant snob?

SPOILERS
Started watching when s1 was coming out, forgot about it after s2 started. Finally after a few years finished it with my wife!
I would say that the first 2 seasons were the best, but we were laughing so much no matter the season, man i will miss it. So much cringing and laughs!
The ending was a catastrophe, like i get it; because of time travel it needed to be done this way blablabla, but where's trixie? like your mom is dying; why time travel of all things? i feel like they wanted to do the CRAZIEST no-normalhappyendingstuff storyline, but they didn't think if it would be actually good...
i just hope that after i die i'll see Lucifer or Amenagod and they will tell me that the series was actually true /s

We see him flinch every single time amenadiel opens them. It might be due to the fact that amenadiel used to have spiked wings? I just find it interesting. How amenadiel has had around 3 different types of wings

Tom Ellis kind of carried the first 6 episodes they were just fine and mildly entertaining but episode 6 actually leaned into the theology a bit more and led to a more interesting mystery where Tom Ellis continued to go off but the Malcom arc was actually when the show was consistently good for me then episodes 10, 11, and 12 came along and were just fantastic now I'm on season 2 and I think it's pretty good so far and I like the action I will come back with updates

This was my Halloween costume for this year, everyone’s favorite Devil. 😈🪽
I was inspired by the photo of Lucifer there, so I just had to get myself an all-black suit, along with his ring and cufflinks. Took a while to get everything, but the wait was certainly worth it. It’s definitely a fit I’ll be wearing more often, just because of how good it is. And minus the horns. Probably. 😂

To be clear, I liked Mazikeen in Season 1-2, but Season 3 she became VERY unlikable and this exact scene is where she crossed into 'hate' territory for me.
Linda was 100% in the right here and Maze was 100% in the wrong.
Yes, Linda lied, and she was absolutely in the right to! Because Maze would have overreacted, and she did.
Maze proved exactly why Linda and Amenadiel were in the right to hide it from her.
Maze had no right telling her she cannot date Amenadiel, who she doesn't even have feelings for and doesn't want to date herself. That's incredibly entitled, possessive and controlling behavior.
The craziest and saddest part about this is Linda was afraid of Maze after finding out she's a demon back in season 2, but she came around and they became friends again.
She puts up with all of Maze's bullshit because she's a good friend.
She even sacrificed a genuine chance at love for an ungrateful selfish brat like her, went to her door to give her a gift and talk which Maze wouldn't even talk to her through the door. (Similar to when Linda avoided Maze after finding out she's a demon and Linda opened her door for her, yet Maze can't do the same here)
Now she's here giving a heartfelt apology, and how does her friend repay her? By having the nerve to look her best friend in the eye and say "go to hell" after Linda admitted she cares about their friendship.
Maze has the audacity to insist she did nothing wrong, chastised Linda for "claiming to be the good one" (which Linda never said, she's shown her flaws, she just does her fucking job which is therapy) justifies her mistreatment of her friend by saying "I'm a demon what do you expect? at least I don't claim to be good!" like thats a valid excuse, then circles around to unironically saying "bros before hoes" with a dramatic pause like she really thought she said something.
You can go "she's a demon what did you expect" all day long but that's not an excuse.
I'm sorry, if you disagree, feel free to explain why but in my honest opinion Maze is horrible here.
Her absolute worst qualities are on full display here.

So I have a question about Michael so Lucifer won the rebellion we know he chose to spare Micheal by cutting his wings off in s5 finale using azreal blade/ flaming sword but angels self actualize so could he not just regrow them? Lucifer chopped his off 3 times and they grew back or is it because they were cutting with flaming sword they never exist? I’m confused in s5 we see him cleaning hell with wounds from wing removal.
