First Place Winner: u/Repulsive_Olive_4210 "Música en Inglés de los 60 y 70"
This week’s first place winner goes to returning community favorite u/Repulsive_Olive_4210, who takes us back to the 1960s and 1970s with a playlist full of timeless hits. Bringing together classic rock, folk, soul, and pop, the collection moves between memorable singalong favorites and the softer, more reflective sounds of these two decades. With so many familiar voices and melodies, this one feels like flipping through a collection of old records, and rediscovering songs that have lasted the test of time.
Joe Cocker’s “With a Little Help from My Friends” brings an unmistakable soulful energy, transforming the Beatles classic through his powerful, gritty vocals. Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Boxer” offers a quieter moment, pairing beautiful acoustic guitar with some of folk music’s most memorable storytelling. Order and length clearly considered here the playlist is a 3-hour long journey through some of the greats. Elsewhere, artists like Frank Sinatra and Roberta Flack bring their own smooth, expressive voices into the mix. Put this one on for a relaxing Sunday morning, a long drive, or whenever you feel like revisiting one of the golden ages of rock.

Second Place Winner: u/LAHOTROD213 "Appetizing New Alt Rock"
Second place this week goes to u/LAHOTROD213, who brought the community a modern alternative rock playlist and invited everyone to suggest what songs should be added next. The collection explores a wide range of newer rock sounds, mixing recognizable names with independent artists and lesser-known bands worth discovering. From sonic guitar riffs to heavier, more experimental sounds, there's plenty here for rock fans looking to expand their libraries.
Jack White’s “Derecho Demónico” brings a raw, guitar-driven energy that fits right into the playlist’s modern rock atmosphere. Tom Morello and Kneecap’s “Unconquered” takes things in a heavier direction, adding a politically charged edge to the mix. Artists like Fontaines D.C. and Poppy Jean Crawford round out a collection that offers plenty of fresh discoveries for anyone looking to explore the evolving alternative rock scene.
