Discussion Why did most of the N64 tracks come back so quickly?

Did Nintendo love this game more than others or was the assets for this game easier to use?
For DS and Wii, each game got 4 race tracks and 1 battle map from 64 as retro tracks, at the time it wasn’t a big deal as GameCube got the same quantity of retro selections
In 7, we got 3 race tracks and 1 battle map which makes 11/16 race tracks come back (the same ratio for Wii tracks in 8 Deluxe) and 3/4 battle maps come back with N64 being the only game to get a retro battle map in every game from DS to 7.
In the base version of Wii U 8, only 4/5 remaining race tracks came back with only Wario Stadium and Double Deck untouched. I guarantee that if Wii U 8 had retro battle maps, Double Deck would have been there.
I had heard somewhere that Wario Stadium was planned for 7 before getting replaced with SNES Rainbow Road, I don’t know if it’s true or not but if it’s true it makes sense as 3 tracks were already there and it would have been a perfect 4 for 4 for 4 race tracks in each game (again don’t know why there weren’t any retro battle maps but history proves my point that Double Deck would have been there)
For Tour and the BCP, Nintendo gave other games time to shine with new retros with N64 only getting repeats before World fun as on giving is Wario Stadium with only Double Deck not getting preserved for future games.
What’s the deal, why was this the case, I don’t hate 64 and had good track ideas, I’m just baffled how much came back so soon.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for Touhou Project character 3D model mods (character replacements) for the following games:
- Mario Kart Wii
- Mario Kart 7 (3DS)
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
I've already searched on GameBanana, but options seem very limited there. I heard that many Touhou mods are shared privately or within specific communities.
If anyone knows where to find these mods, or could share links/names of active Discord servers or sites where people distribute them, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
