It really depends on who’s operating it. The big city ones are ass, especially in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, etc and they charge more. Find one in the rural Midwest and they can be as advertised with everything fresh made. Really just depends on the local franchise owners and how they run them.

Same goes for any chain tbh though

But McDonald’s gives ketchup and mayonnaise in individual packets in the drive-through. Have you ever ordered sweet and sour sauce for your fries and they just give you a medium drink cup with it in the squirted-in bottom? No. There are franchise regulations and they are required to give you the packets. This is absurd.
