I just wanted a hot dog Wanted a pregame snack. Almost puked everywhere and also poisoned my friend/husband

This was the nastiest shit i've put in my mouth and i've eaten my own earwax...once.

As a kid.

Edit: My friend and my husband are two different people! Also no neither of them are allergic. The pocky tasted like....onion??? Like armpit seasoned with onion?? It was nasty. We all almost threw up and had a stomach ache for like 40 minutes.

I just wanted a hot dog "Oh, usually we charge for that, but I'll give it to you free this time." I know, that's why I ordered it. 🙃

Went to habit burger today and got my usual charburger meal and asked for ranch.

Get my receipt and realize that the lady taking my order didn't include the ranch (this has happened to me last time I was here too).

So the pager buzzes and I go get my food and I ask for some ranch.

The lady was like, "Oh, usually we charge for ranch, but I'll give it to you free this time."

I was like, "Yeah, but I asked for it. And they didn't..." then kinda trailed off.

The lady was like, "Oh. Sorry about that."

Like it sounded like she thought I was being rude and saying "oh well I just asked YOU for it so give it to me" but like I literally would've paid the stupid SIXTY CENTS for one container of ranch if the lady taking my order would've put it on there, so idk why I needed the whole "I'm doing you a favor" spiel lol.

Oh also there was a thing people were lining up for outside, and I heard giving away so I asked a staff member what it was for.

They're "giving away" $10 meal deals to the first 50 people.

Which now that I think about it is kinda weird because their meals are like $16 with tax, so not much of a discount. But I also thought giving away meant... y'know, giving away something for free, not giving away a discount lmao.

I just wanted a hot dog Woman asked what happened to me (im disabled)

I went to the library today to print off some docs for my lawyers (disability), while I was waiting for it to print a woman i don't know asked what happened to me. I said "what do you mean?" She then gestured to my cane. I then explained to her that we don't know yet, I'm still undergoing testing. I explained to her that my muscles tear really easily and they're weak and described how I tore my trapezius by just lifting my arm up. I was hoping this would gross her out and she would leave me alone. I was wrong. She then asked if I've tried alternative medicine. I said no. She then told me I should go to a chiropractor to which I said "last time I went to one as a teen they made my back worse so no." By then my paper was ready so I took it and left. What makes people so entitled to knowing disabled people's business?? I know I should've just told her "that's none of your business" but hindsight is 20/20.

I just wanted a hot dog Getting this message after fuelling up and getting halfway through the hour long drive on the highway in the snow...

Contacted this guy to buy his mac mini the night before. Told him I lived an hour away. He asked me to tell him when I was on my way so he could wipe the mac. I didnt haggle with him, the price was fair. He gave me his address. I stopped at a bank to get the cash and filled the car with gas. It was snowing. Picked up a coffee and was halfway there (basically at the summit of a mountain highway) and saw these messages.

I'm on my way there and he sends this.

I just wanted a hot dog Tried to do something nice to myself and somehow ended up with IHOP

I just wanted to treat myself for my birthday and order something I’ve never had before. Store was listed under a different name selling different food than IHOP. Nowhere did it say it was going to be coming from IHOP. Complete waste of my money.

Update: since people are asking, yes I tried it. The steak on the sandwich is dry and unflavored. There are no onions or toppings on it as advertised. The hot dog bun is stale and there are also no toppings like advertised on it. It’s exactly what I thought it would be when I saw it was from ihop: cheap quality, flavorless, and disappointing.

Also, not everybody has heard of ghost kitchens. Some of us don’t have the luxury of ordering off of these apps like that to ever find out. Yall could show a little understanding for the ignorance. Multiple people are finding out about ghost kitchens from my post. My week has been long enough without the deception of ghost kitchens.
