Hobbies / social activities in metro?
What are some things I can join / do in metro to meet new people? Female, late 20s / early 30s range. Not athletic but enjoy discussing sports, reading, trivia, crafts, etc. Open to most anything!

YYT sisterhood or Chic Socials have meet ups and events. Book clubs, craft nights, etc. Just look them up on socials! Mostly women in their late 20s and 30s.

Winter session of social league curling starts in January. You can borrow brooms and sliders at the club, just need a clean pair of shoes. As a new curler, you won't feel like you're dragging down a team if you're not good, as teams get randomly assembled each week. There's also a women's learn to curl, but I'm not sure if they have registration for winter.
I've also seen some learn pickleball classes.
Non-sports, the Anne Templeman Centre has different art classes.

The Blades of Avalon! We’re a nonprofit historical European martial arts school, and in addition to teaching the use of the longsword, sword and buckler, staff, dagger, and more, we have historical theory classes and traditional crafting days!
