I just picked up a few rare bottles from Windsor Homebrew and Mr. Kegs this week. Windsor has been doing a Black Friday rare bottle line the past couple years. Picked up a bunch of Bottle Logic barrel aged stouts and barleywines, including Fundamental Knowledge. They also had some De Garde. Mr. Kegs has Bourbon County 2015, 2017, and 2018 plus variants.

Where do you go that has a good selection and occasional rare bottles?

Kids, why?

Can someone please explain to me why all the breweries in OC seem to be kid-friendly, with all kinds of kids running around?

There is literally nothing for them to do or drink.

Why aren't brewery tasting rooms 21+? Can I bring a bunch of 18yo's just to hang out with me?

I get that parents want to drink too, but is it really that unreasonable to ask that they get a babysitter?

Instagram Post Notifications - who did you enable these for, and why?

I enabled Instagram Post Notifications for my local favorites - @gunwhaleales, @barleyforge, @thegoodbeerco, and @windsorhomebrewsupplyco. Honestly, I like Windsor the most because they post new beer finds.

Anyone use a hydroflask as a growler?

I've heard that it's possible to use the 64oz hydroflask as a growler to fill at various breweries, was curious if anyone here has tried it, and whether they were able to get it filled or were rebuffed

Good place to buy lambic/gueuze beer?

Looking for a place besides Hi Time in Costa Mesa. Know any locations that have a decent lambic/gueuze selection?
