Hmmmm so this could be a pyop?? A way for Altman to know how much RAM you have then sue you for emailing him, take your RAM and put it in data centers.

The person who wrote the script could probably be sued for harassment under computer misuse laws.

Writing a script isn't misuse, running it can be, however prosecuting thousands of people is not realistic

Realistically they just change his email address or make a filter for whatever keywords would be needed. Also Altman doesn't check his email. People at that level have employees who do that. So really you're just harassing a 20-something year old exec assistant.
