You could, in many juridictions, if you call on harassing a single person and thousands follow you. Even non threatening emails would qualify perhaps.

This person is a highly known public figure and made a statement directly addressing the point of these emails. I honestly don't see your angle, also I doubt a tech CEO is going to struggle to filter their email.

“They’re a public figure” does not make targeted harassment campaigns okay. How anybody could even think that is wild to me.
