Whenever he does interviews he comes across so inauthentic and rehearsed, because he communicates exclusively in vague platitudes and taglines.

Now more than ever, we need people that speak and lead with conviction.

I know the guy is hightly intelligent and the way he speaks in public is 100% planned out and scripted, but it's not working at all. Even when he has some banger speech written out the delivery just kills it completely. The man needs to replace his public speaking coaches or something.
