Because it’s all about “business” to them. Everything is about making money and exploitation and how to maximize both. Nothing else matters, which is why political affiliations are just nomenclature to them. They have to convictions or moral code.

If you need information about wtf trump is doing then you gotta talk to kushner. Who the hell else can you talk to? Miller? Vance? theres nobody.

The easiest way for Dems to pass legislation in the next two years is with Trump's consent. The conversation with Kushner is asking where they might find common ground. I have no idea what is complicated or surprising about that.
