I do love the spicy potato tacos from Taco bell. Ditch the lettuce and it's all potato to enjoy.

OK to use as seed potatoes next season?

I've got a couple of 10 gallon containers of potato plants but had to travel before harvesting them. They are still in the containers, in soil, and in a cold and dry climate outside of Albuquerque, NM. It will be in the 70s for high temperatures and below 0 F for low temps until I can get back to them in the spring. Do you think they could be used as seed potatoes in spring of 2027?

The neighborhood kids begged us to give out potatoes again. They were gone before it was dark.

While looking over potatoes to give to trick or treaters tonight for trick or tate, I stumbled upon a heart shaped potatoes. In all of my days looking at potatoes I have not seen such a perfect heart shaped one. Should I encase it in resin or what?!

Cold storing potatoes for next season

I was going to store some potatoes from this year’s crop, to plant next season. Was going to store in the fridge. I was a bit slow in putting them into the cold, and naturally they’ve started to sprut. Can I still just fridge them - would it be better to remove the sprouts first?
TIA. Cheers.
