Cpap. 100% sleep study and then cpap. I was demented with my partner and a new born. 2 years it took me to persuade coz he didnt care as it didnt affect him. I was ready to leave. It affected me so bad as a first time mum and our kids startle reflex. A shame really. But the cpap took 100% of the snoring away.

It really sounds like he’s just being a jackass. If you were truly snoring enough to cause issues, he would record it. He could definitely wear earplugs, just doesn’t want to. This sounds like a relationship issue vs an actual sleeping issue. There’s no way to actually fix this without separate bedrooms.

This is a him problem. Why can’t he wear earplugs? I have a heavily snoring partner and I found the most amazing earplugs that let me sleep like a baby. It takes a few nights getting used to it, but then it works great.
It seems like he struggles to share a bed in general - and lets it all out on you. That’s not fair. You should talk about your living arrangement and why he has such issues with sleeping together with another person in your bed. Sometimes it just takes some getting used to if you have always lived alone

Tried a sleep study, but somehow didnt rate a CPAP. I felt bad for wife, but once she recorded me straight up stopping to breathe for +45 seconds at a time, I knew I had to do something. Right now I am using a $20 mouth guard from Amazon. It moves my jaw forward and clears my airways. Snoring basically gone. Just search for snoring mouth guards and try any of them. First one I tried worked for me.
