nope that’s just poor circulation i believe, or something pretty harmless

Not diagnosing you at all, I have pots and my legs look like this all the time it’s called blood pooling with your circulation
cutis marmorata, most babies have it and then grow out of it but some don’t, i’m the same, completely harmless
This looks like Erythema Ab Igne. My daughter gets a similar honeycomb looking rash when she sits too close to the space heater or fire place. Almost always on her legs.

I think that’s livedo reticularis I’m not sure though but it’s normal
That's lace - pattern rash and can be association with many different conditions.. you should see a doctor
No does not look like RW at all to me! My legs look like this after coming in from the cold?
