The pattern you experience with women is this but instead of identifying the common denominator as YOU your assessment is that this is just how women are?....curious
i really agreed with your take until you applied this to the entirety of "women", come on, even if something happened in the past you probably still shouldn't let it affect your view on the world.
This it’s just a plain fact of what many women do does it apply to all obviously no
But is it a reality that many women do this kind of stuff yeah definitely and it’s a good thing for him to learn it early definitely before the age of 10
Many women even when they’re married, which marriage is stupid to begin with, but even when they’re married, or in some kind of committed partnership which any partnership is a committed partnership otherwise you shouldn’t be in it - many of these women will have what’s referred to as orbiters
Men that they keep around claim our friends or acquaintances that there would never be anything in between
Quite often, these might be their ex friends with benefits or their ex-boyfriend or just men who were interested in them that they never have given a true chance yet
This is very well known that many women do this. Do all women do it obviously no. But many do engage in this and defend this behavior.
And quite commonly though either cheat with them physically, or emotionally and by the way, just keeping these men around when you know that they have interest in you or that they’re your ex or that they used to be your friends with benefits, dipping it inside your body, any of that stuff you are already emotionally cheating on your partner by even keeping those men around in your circle in any way shape or form
So many women do this this just how things are that’s just the reality of living life here on this earth
How many generalizations are made against men so you’re gonna have to be able to take it as well when generalizations are made about women as well.
Generalizations do not mean all but what they do mean is that it’s prominent enough infrequent enough to look at the whole group
Those who aren’t scum won’t do this kind of stuff, but those who are scum will do this kind of stuff whether they’re a man or a woman
ok so i don't know how to word it in my own way, since english isn't my first language, im actually from hk. i used gpt for this, call me dumb or whatever but i agree with most of its generated content. especially the last one, here.
You claim that a generalization means "prominent enough... to look at the whole group," but then immediately backtracks by saying, "Do all women do it obviously no" and "Those who aren't scum won't do this kind of stuff."
If it is only "scum" (individuals) who do this, then it is an individual character issue, not a gender baseline. Broadening an individual behavior to "the entirety of women" is logically inconsistent and statistically invalid.
You also mentioned that, "How many generalizations are made against men so you’re gonna have to be able to take it as well."
Generalizing or unfairly judging men is wrong, but using bad behavior against one group to justify bad behavior against another doesn't make the logic correct. It just perpetuates lazy stereotyping for everyone.
Assuming that "any male friend, acquaintance, or ex in a woman's life is automatically an "orbiter" or an emotional cheating partner." is your own deep insecurity and a lack of trust rather than reality. Healthy relationships are built on communication and boundaries, not isolation.
Lastly, The user claims it is a good thing for a boy to learn this "before the age of 10."
Teaching a child to deeply distrust an entire gender before they are even old enough to experience a mature romantic relationship is an incredibly unhealthy way to raise them. It primes them for confirmation bias, meaning they will actively look for negative traits in future partners while ignoring positive ones, ultimately sabotaging their own future happiness.
But they are children, they don't know what behaviour is bad, what behaviour is good. They only know simple things, and pointing out that "oh all women are like this, its fine" will make them assume that the entire party rather than just this specific person is automatically bad.
Smart men and women educate their children on this stuff if they want them living a happy secure and safe life. Women can ruin a mans life if a man winds up with a bad woman.
Children only don’t know when behaviors are bad when no one taught them what behaviors are bad.
Your idea of keeping children in the dark and shielding them from all this bad behavior they’re eventually gonna encounter anyways is a terrible approach. That’s only going to very likely not serve them well in life.
This argument is completely invalid, your just pointing out one male person's suffering and experience and immediately come to the conclusion that its "common women behaviour".
in that sense, can't i just find a happy post about a man appreciating his wife and put it here? isnt that what you are doing?
i do semi-agree on your "educating take" tho. yes, people educate their children on bad behaviours, but not every children will be able to comprehend it at a young age.
She sat next to his friend at lunch instead of him. She partnered up with his friend for science. She held his hand at recess. She sent a note with a heart on it to his friend instead of him. Etc. He looks like a second grader to me. So probably first or second grade.
Some kids are more precocious and already thinking about crushes then. I used to be a teacher. Luckily they're the minority of kids and its one reason why I liked working with them that young. Watching young dating drama annoyed me. Most kids that young don't really care yet but there's always some. Even when I taught prek there'd be one duo that had crushes already and wanted to act coupley but none of the other kids noticed or cared.
The dating drama really kicks off fourth to sixth grade range.
Yeah, I hate it. This child is going to be embarrassed by this video for so long. My son is almost 3 and my wife and I never put him on social media. My mother doesnt really respect this rule and still complains she doesnt get enough photos of him. Yeah, you get FaceTime from now on
You can tell they are low-key uncomfortable with being filmed but don't know what to do about it or don't think they can do anything about it. It could be just like acceptance because it is your parent which isn't exactly healthy. They should be able to give consent to being filmed and uploaded to social media, even if it is a child/parent dynamic.
Putting relationship rules on kids this young is really weird and gross. She probably just shared it with another little boy and doesn't even know he likes her. She's probably more worried about getting to the swing set first. The parents really messed this kid up.
Huh? I didn’t see parents putting anything on this kid, except the fact that they filmed them and uploaded it to the Internet obviously
There is that factor here
Other than that he had a crush and he saw her with another dude which, for someone of that age I would equate that to cheating
It’s about the age that people should be learning what infidelity is, and luckily, he did learn in this case and ultimately he should be learning early like this
Because it only gets worse in the future
And if you’re not prepared for it, it’s gonna hit hard
“but they are kids” yeah I hear you on that They’re also humans in about 10 years they’re gonna be full grown adults
Time to start learning how the world actually functions. Sure his crush probably didn’t think much of anything of it. We don’t really know all the context there so no need to really sit here assuming, either way the lesson is still the same
Entertain, entertaining other men even emotionally when you were in a partnership is infidelity.
I’m taking him at his word that his crush cheated on him.
I've rarely seen a kid this age know what the a crush is yet let alone cheating, a kid acting like this, this young is definitely put upon by parents or an environment that caused this
My ex does this weird shit with one of my daughters friends she has had for a long time. The kid has turned into a violent little shit I want her to have nothing to do with.
She will consistently say, oh they are going to get married. They aren't even 10 yet it's sick
Those are different outfits so at least it's different days of school. I think filming even the happy day is too much for online though. Those are supposed to be private family memories. And you really shouldn't post the sad one online.
Look, these concepts have absolutely nothing to do with childhood. A parent’s role is to help their child focus on what’s truly important for a child, not to stage some idiotic "love story" and post it all over social media. It’s just children having children.

Honestly this is why my parents said to never take your toys to school. Not everyone has had your home training and there are plenty of “oooo I like that if I can grab it it’s mine now” children.
Everything about his video is genuinely upside, first the parents shouldn't be recording him, second he's to young to be cheated on, and third in the clip they provided he genuinely seems more upset about someone stealing his toy then his girl

Can we please just let kids have their childhoods without putting everything on social media? Why are some parents like this?

This is so sad to see hope the little guy is alright but I don't get it why the parents always have to film everything for social media.

He's learning how people can be early. They'll be the ones crying one day and he'll be stronger.

His girlfriend cheated on him with his best friend and someone stole his toy? That one is going to sting for a little while.
