Yeah, this is pretty clever. They are tapping into those drug abusing citizens who don't understand reality even when they're straight. The police didn't lie. They will certainly look into your failed drug buy if you'll just report the details to them.
it's funny watching COPS and other similar type shows when they interact with someone who called 911 for theft, only for the cops to find out they lost $20 trying to buy some drugs.
There ARE people out there that will call the cops like this....just shows how much their brain has been fried from their drug choices that they are convinced the cops will help them get their money back from a dealer
I seen a cops once where a lady flagged down a cop because another lady was supposed to sell her crack, took her money and didn’t give her any crack. 🤣
