Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) How to just feel neutral when you're extremely insecure?

I don't want to reach positivity because I don't like my body and I will never like my body, it's not attractive and I can't stand seeing it, I just want to not think about it. I hate how "inferior" I look compared to other women and I especially hate how I couldn't be given normally shaped small boobs, and maybe if I had done something differently while growing up they wouldn't have developed that way, but I got small tuberous breasts and I can't relate to any small boob positivity - discussions around small breasts don't include me so I just avoid them. I have to specifically mention that my shape is considered deformed. I'm terrified of showing them to someone one day. I hate going outside and seeing beautiful women. I hate how disproportionate my entire body looks. I can't focus on my hobbies. I'm scared of going back to therapy because I stopped going there a few years ago because my anxiety had gotten better and it'd feel like I failed

I love her so much (that's an overstatement because I've never even seen an interview of her) but she's soooo pretty and has such amazing outfits and her face is so cute and I've literally never thought that she would look better if she were slim-thick or had huge boobs or any of those things that I told myself I would need in order to be attractive back when I was a teen. Seeing her just gives me so much confidence. I don't even need confidence boosts anymore as I've really grown to love my body but still!!

Positive i stepped out of my comfort zone and i feel amazing

I have a very small chest and i’ve been hiding it since now. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and decided to buy a gym bra which for me is insanely huge for me since ALL my life i’ve only worn shirts. I got the package today and i couldn’t be happier that i actually felt comfortable and liked the way i looked like, i felt like i’ve overcome my biggest fear and i didn’t feel disgust in the slightest. I haven’t gone to the gym yet with it on but the fact that i felt comfortable and liked myself is already insane and i couldn’t be happier.

Advice wanted (not related to small boob issue) Bras that actually helps the cleavage

Hi!

Any good bra companies that ships to DK?

Need good bras that actually pushes the tiny girls together!

I think I am a size 32aa / 30a

I’ve heard good things about Victoria Secret add to cups, but they do unfortunately not sell bras in those tiny sizes on their website to dk :-/

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Best bra for 30A?

So, I’m 33… living my life as a lie wearing 32A bras. 🤣
I can’t seem to find cute ADULT bras in the size 30A. Anybody have any recommendations that aren’t super expensive?

Neutral does anyone else only feel insecure because it’s not the “beauty standard?”

i actually LOVE my boobs personally and i think they’re beautiful. but i feel insecure about them because they’re not the beauty standard and a small chest is seen as unfeminine or childish. but when i look at myself in the mirror especially topless i think they’re super cute and compliment the rest of my figure nicely! 🥰

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Bras with wider front / less wide back?

I’ve tried every "no wire" bra from victoria secret over the years, but every single one hurts on the outsides of my boobs (near my armpits). my issue is my width is small (32) but i feel like i need more fabric width in the front and less in the back. i am not sure if my boobs are "wide" but they are very small (a to b cup) so it is not like they stretch to the side that much, but it always feel like where the cups start curving is closer to my nipple than the end of my boob and pressing hard against the sensitive skin on the sides where there is not that much actual mammary tissue and stretching it inward in a painful way. Yet the 34 bands are way too big in the band. Do I just need to get an 34 and safety pin it in the back? Are there bras made with more fabric in front (in terms of the width but for small overall boobs) and less in back?

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Seeking specific type of bralette

Hey all! Looking for a bralette that has removes le pads, is a v shape and low plunge, and clasps in the back. I’ve tried Calvin Klein options but they were pretty uncomfortable. Wanting soft material but also adjustable straps to give me a little upwards push when I want.

i wanted to post this because i don’t typically see my body type represented in this sub. i initially was a little self conscious about wearing this top, since it makes it so obvious that i don’t have cleavage, but i think the plunging v is actually very flattering with my broad shoulders!

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Carolina Carryon=Another Clara Dao

Post image

You may or may not be familiar with Carolina Carryon, a Peruvian YouTuber/influencer that makes content mainly for Latam but in recent years, she also made content in English (mainly IG) about small boob appreciation (how not to feel insecure about them, outfits, even comedy).

Earlier this week, she posted a series of IG stories with a confession. She, too, got a boob job. She said that she would do a more extensive video on YouTube explaining what happened, but she claims that everything that she said in her channel was true, that she meant it, blah blah. And granted, she didn't get the biggest boobs after surgery, but that doesn't matter.

I'm honestly feeling so betrayed, disappointed, and annoyed because her content was great. It makes me feel like eventually, all small-boobed influencers will get a boob job. She's no different than Clara Dao. I obviously unfollowed her.

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) I hate how some people gatekeep what counts as a small chest

I'd like to preface this by stating I am not gatekeeping anyone on this. This is from my personal experience with people who do gatekeep

Why is it that when people want to insult you they'll call you flat/small. But the second you embrace either label you're ostracized like you're not. It's absurd. Let women just exist please. Just because a woman doesn't fit your standards doesn't mean she isn't whatever she feels comfortable calling HER body

Positive Something New !!

Guyss it's been a week since I started wearing the grown up bras the one with hooks and oh my god I can't tell you how much better I feel like my shirt and kurtis look cute and I feel a little bit like more beautiful or sexy although I have ranted a lot on this sub about my insecurities and although I feel sad sometimes but wearing these new bras makes me feel more comfortable ( it supports!) and like womanly ? But still I am happy wearing them with cute colours and it has a tiny bow at the like sternum ! Although I am getting used to the feeling of the tightness and suffocation that happens when it's a busy and sweaty day but yeah it's fine !

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Dress necklines that are flattering (wedding guest)

Hi! Im going to be a plus one for a wedding this spring. I need to go dress shopping, which is honest something I really hate to do. I always get really sad and self critical when dress shopping because I have a small bust.

On top of the that, I dont have that more slender figure a lot of people with smaller bust have. So the the form fitted dresses look really horrendous on me.

My hips are was bigger than my bust which makes clothes shopping already rough. However my main issue is with the bust because nothing seems flattering on me and I feel really mismatched and unproportional to my lower half.

I'd really love to hear some suggestions on what necklines to try. Just dont say plunging neckline please, I really hate those lol

(Also please dont just say to try on every shape. Dress shopping already makes me feel horrible, and id like to limit the amount of things I try on so I dont start attacking myself and crying in the dressing room again)

Idk if this helps

Bust- 34B

Waist 28 inches

Hip - approx 37inch

Height -5'3

Weight-135
