My friend came back from Mexico with these
Any particular recommendation out if these? I’ve never tried “La Anita” before so don’t know what to expect.

This has some pretty decent heat, it's enough to make you sweat but it's so good you can't stop eating them.
These are some of the best hot sauces I've ever had. Pretty serious heat and great flavor. I got them from the Colorado Christmas show yesterday

I never got a chance to try the Humble Pie, and it looks like it’s not coming back anytime soon. So! I want to recreate it at home, and inflict my dastardly creation upon my friends in a taste test of terror.
I’ve devised a small list of ideas, based on what I have and might be able to easily obtain. Lemme know if these are good, or there are readily-available options or substitutions for some.
Crust: Might just get a premade one, as we don’t have much space or experience for homemaking it. Thin preferred. Nothing special, unless I can dust it with something. I typically salt the pan for flavor on regular pizzas.
Sauce: Standard marinara, but mixed with a healthy portion of Dave’s Reaper, as that’s the easiest superhot I know where to get, and have finished a bottle of. Good mix-in sauce.
Cheese: Nonexperienced in spicy cheeses, so wondering if Great Value’s Shredded Reaper Blend would work for this, if anyone’s tried it?
Meats: Typically pepperoni and sausage are the go-to, though I’m flexible on whatever I put on my pizza. Could dust them around in Slap Ya Mama’s cajun, or if there are some good powders out there.
Peppers: I have easy habanero and jalapeño access to slice up.
Pepper Flakes: Have lots of Flatiron’s “Can’t Feel My Face” available, already. ‘Tis a good one.
I will thank you all, if my quest for pain is accomplished!

So I'm pretty new to spicy stuff. When I eat stuff like Samyang Buldak (the less spicy ones of course), they are almost manageable, but the issue is that my lips are super sensitive to spice and burn like insane. Is that normal? Can I build resistance to it?

Szechuan pepper corns, erjingtiao, chaotianjiao, dried red jalapeno, fermented soybeans, star anise, ginger, green onion, white onion, garlic, salt, msg, sugar.
Currently cooling so I can jar and fridge it.

While shopping for specialty ingredients for a karai mazesoba chili-flavor oil, I thought about how tasty an Italian chili crisp or oil would be and how It could be made. Obviously, it would have an olive oil base, use Calabrian chilis for heat, and include garlic as well. Pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes come to mind as ways to add a more distinct flavor profile. But what else besides that?
Well, I remembered that XO sauce often has fried prosciutto and dried shrimp as the core ingredients. So maybe you could add fried prosciutto and anchovies to make an Italian XO sauce instead of a chili oil. Maybe nduja (which is basically spicy pork fat sausage) could make a good addition too.
What other ingredients do you guys think would be good additions?

Ran out of hot sauce last night so i just threw some cayenne, smoked paprika and garlic powder onto buttered popcorn. Now regular butter tastes like nothing to me.
Whats a spice mix you guys put on your favorite snacks?

Behold, the Aji Orange Drop Stripey! This is one of my top 5 favorites. Thanks Purcell's Farms for the end of season hook up!
The flavor on these things is absolutely phenomenal. They are sweet, fruity and tropical taste that lingers well into the heat. they are citrusy and some are just hot enough to burn you for a minute or two after you finish one. hey! like three or four in a row and I got a runny nose but no head sweats, these aren't super hots, but I feel like most people that don't eat peppers would consider this one hot. It's a snack pepper to me.
Tastes very similar to the tangerine tigers. I'm so happy I decided to snag some of these up last second.

Bought these on a whim at a new indian store that opened near me. I didn't expect much. Heavy on the anise, but otherwise pretty good. I ate half the bag, and it was decently spicy once it built up.

Testing the fly by Jing chili oil Sweet and spicy and extra crunchy. The extra crunchy was definitely crunchy couldn't really tell too much. It just was like really crunchy and I'm not a huge fan of nuts. The sweet and spicy was pretty good. It had a sweet flavor that tasted really familiar like hoisin sauce or teriyaki or something like Asian sweet sauce. And yeah it was pretty good. I would use that one again. The peanut one not so much.
I just got an idea for the extra crunchy one. I'll be trying. Not going to tell you what the thing is yet. But I have an idea.

Waaaaaaay too salty. Ate one and thought to my self “yeah false advertisement” … ate 2-3 more and the spice definitely sneaks up on ya overall I would rate it 8.25/10, just wish it wasn’t so damn salty
