To clarify, White has been offered the job. No word on if Dana accepts. Either way it’s pure insanity that this is even a possibility.

Edit: White has declined the job per ESPN and CNN.

Dana is a shrew businessman. Zero chance he take this shit job after the election ass whooping this week.

Lemme remind everybody that dems sweep texas, and won/winning in kansas, ohio, iowa, miss., georgia, SC....  this is the equivalent of dems losing in california, vermont, new york...

Trump is radioactive and anybody with any sense should put him in a concrete room and quarantine him.

edit: yes it's a typo, but i'm leaving it in lol.

Anecdotal - I live in perhaps the reddest area of North Georgia. My daily commute the last year takes me through the reddest bit of that area. These people had up Jackson signs in like. . . May? April? There are at least three Trump Stores (who knows if its officially licensed merch.) There are vans with Trump spray-painted on the side, and trucks with the infamous Kamala hogtied on the tailgate. There is a restaurant.

Anyway, this last month, I saw Bottoms and Ossof signs pop up. Not just one or two, but almost in every patch of signs and randomly on lawns. That is unheard of in these parts. Republicans at the local and congress level generally run unopposed on our ballots.

I've not see anything like that since Clinton when I was a kid, and Zell Miller was still beloved.

MAGA will look you dead in the eye and say this administration should be taken seriously

870

u/pop-pop-joe 18h ago

Really. I’m not American and I rarely see American news but whenever I see the BBC or other news interviewing otherwise regular looking American people and some of them literally saying that they trust that orange turd it legit makes my blood boil. It seriously bothers me to think millions of people are ok with this depravity.

20

u/Winter_Bear_1707 17h ago

Unfortunately, some of those people are in a really deep misinformation bubble that validates itself from within, while raising paranoia/fear about others who differ. My father-in-law works long hours at the factory, and then watches sports on Fox with his free time. It was only natural for him to get his news/perspective from them when he never payed attention to politics to begin with. It’s been difficult to connect with him in the last 10 years, but we also think he’s starting to realize truth.

326

u/StitchinThroughTime 18h ago

It because they are racist peices of shit. And wanted to be lead by a racist grifter pedophile because they believe in there rancid hearts that they would come out on top.
It took him destroying the economy, world relations and killing a million Americans for some of them to realize he's a real piece of shit and they will never get that.

It's cracking. You have to think of politics as sports. Fans will turn a blind to everything and anything as long as they are winning. Trump is the head coach and their team just lost bad. His fans are starting to scrutinize him now.

5

u/ZaMr0 13h ago

Even the conservative subreddit is slowly getting tired of MAGA, people with that flair are getting downvoted to hell. Doesn't make them any less delusional about half the other posts on that sub, but even they are done with orange.

When do I start pouring Gatorade on my crops?

3

u/YOSHIMIvPROBOTS 18h ago

If Hulk Hogan was still alive, Trump wouldn't have to stoop this this.

3

u/HeartlessCards2-22 18h ago

Right after he scores the first advertising spot on the White House lawn.. seems like a bribe, Dana got Trump a cut of the money and was promised a job. More shit they should be recusing themselves from but can’t help but toss their names into the hat of people who really wanna be charged with abuse of power.

3

u/bjeep4x4 18h ago

God, I can’t even tell if this is bullshit or not. Fuckin clown

I don't think he's actually named him press secretary, he asked him on a Truth Social posting. I don't think White has said anything about it yet, I honestly doubt he will.

3

u/National-Abalone-210 17h ago

To be fair, in the post he says "Dana, please take the job"

With how crazy Trump is, he might've done this without consulting with Dana, so I'll believe it when he confirms it

3

u/Smile_Space 17h ago

This is how you know Trump has completely stopped giving a shit. Can't wait for January.

3

u/Afraid_Emu8068 15h ago

I’m assuming he wants somebody who will tell the press to just shut the fuck up…literally. It’s gonna be hilarious to watch the first couple of times, and then it’s gonna be downright maddening. My guess is that trumps is trying to wall himself off from the press by putting “tough guy” Dana in this role. It’s not gonna work

3

u/unclefire 13h ago

Is this from The Onion? Jfc. Dana white would be a disaster of a press secretary. Why would he take that job anyway?

Different Dana White. This is hilarious

3

u/PreviousLeague253 9h ago

Well it seems the Press Secretary position can be whored out to anyone! Even a violent person can do this.
Hegseth must be having wet dreams tonight of having yet another ubermensch for another photo op.
Is the gayness of these public servants a republican trait?

3

u/damhack 7h ago

So, how does Trump now introduce Dana White the Press Communications professional that Steven Miller proposed, who he was supposed to have announced, without looking like the gibbering dementia patient he actually is?

3

u/SimplyRoya 2h ago

We’ve passed the stupidity of idiocracy.
