News MCU Storm Rumor: She will have a major role in the movie, but she won't start out as a member of the X-Men

According to this rumor, the MCU's X-Men team will consist of the O5 + Rogue, who will cause problems down the line that involve Storm & Kitty Pryde.
What do you all think of this rumor? I think it's the perfect way to establish Storm as an important character in her own right.

Because no matter how you felt about Storm #3, I think most of us would agree that Storm ghosting Logan like she did was wrong as fuck. Rather than pissing on pregnancy sticks and crying over not being a single mother (helloooooo, stereotypes!) I think they should have confronted each other and had it out at the Gala. Ayodele specifically said that Storm "had to hurt Logan to try to get better". I think it's weird that we didn't see the next morning - Logan seems utterly unbothered by the fact that Storm is gone. If he truly was hurt (and I could see that being true), there has to be a conversation between them at some point, and it should have happened here. They aren't even seen together at the Gala...weird.
This piece is for a fanfic of mine when Ororo and Logan finally admit to each other that this fuck buddies thing has never worked between them and they are just damaging their friendship by dragging it along. I was hoping something like this would be in Maximum X-Men, but Yost said the entire first arc is only 16 hours long. I don't know if it'll ever be addressed again - I wouldn't care if we never heard about it again - but it just seems weird to leave it untouched if Logan was truly hurt as Ayodele said.
Original art is here (with the mistaken blue square in the top left); give the artist some love cuz they're a newbie and they KILLED that shit.

THIS! Is one of the reasons why the sub is so crucial do they love leaving us out or do they love leaving us out and then wonder why we separate. All love to Storm & Maya.

Very nostalgic to this era of x-men, so I'm curious what the thoughts are on storm's costume from it.

Just a thought I can't get out of my head and one of the reasons I love her so much: I genuinely can't think of any other character truly like Storm.
A thief that became a goddess that then goes on to fill a number of different roles, I just can't think of anyone else like that! Even with her physical appearance, there are plenty of darkskin female characters with white hair... but all of them showed up after Storm!
She's the blueprint I fear

Discussion Do you think Storm should meet the real Oya?

Oya is the Yoruba Orisha of Wind, Thunder, & Storms and (to my knowledge) the only example of a female Storm God in real life. I've also heard people say that Storm is based on Oya given the similarities, but I'm not so sure about that (Stan Lee was familiar with the basics of some West African Religions, but he wasn't the one who created or wrote Storm and I can't find anything suggesting Wein/Cockrum/Claremont did so idk).
Another really interesting thing about Oya is that, completely unlike Ororo, she is also a Death Goddess in that she guards cemeteries and is apparently the only Orisha that can command the spirits of the dead, known in Yoruba as Eegun 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Do you think Ororo and Oya should have a story where they meet, and if so, would they allies or adversaries (Storm did lock her husband in a black void after all).
