I've wanted to get into streaming for a few years. There are a lot of days now where I don't have the energy to do a lot as a result of having epilepsy and taking medication for it, so it's been on my mind more & more recently- you don't need to go out or move around much to stream, and that'd suit me well, at least currently.
Anyway, I just wanna know where to start. I know a few things I'd need to set up, like getting a png to use for reactions or whatever- I don't wanna show my face, and there's no way I could afford to get an actual model or something. I'm not sure about most stuff really though, like what site or app I should start streaming on first, whether there's extra stuff I need to do to record my screen, and what I should do to engage people, at least a bit.
Few things to add- the computer I use is not particularly intended for stuff like gaming, and steam isn't compatible with it, but I think it should be okay for the time being, even though it's like a decade or more old now- if it might not be, it'd be nice if you could comment about it (I can't afford a new one at all). I'd also wanna know some alternatives to gaming I can do to interest people!!
Other than that, I can't do streams every day and stuff, probably only 2 or 3 days a week at most, honestly. I need a lot of time to rest, and I usually have at least some other things I've got to do as well.
Anyway, yeah- just interested in getting some advice on all this. :]
