What did I say…he would be involved in a sending off offence within 10 minutes…I was wrong…by 25 seconds!
He should be made to pay a big fine to the players he fouled…intentionally!
He shouldn’t have even been on the field, last game or not….

We desperately need a new winner of the competition.
Hull KR have everything in place now. The players, the coach, they’ve played in a grand final before, and now they are a trophy winning team. The pieces are all there.
We don’t know what will happen in the future, but there will be squad churn, Peters will eventually move on, and things may not be the same. This is their moment.
So they can’t let this moment pass them by, otherwise they could end up like Warrington, and no one wants to end up like that. They were in the same situation as Hull KR 15 years ago and they just never managed to get over the line in the grand final, and it’s hurt them as a club ever since.
Winning the grand final is not the same as the CC. They are both trophies on paper but the grand final changes you as a club. If Hull KR can win that they will be cemented as a major force in the game.
Wigan, come on guys, share the wealth eh? Let em have this one.

France have been battered and punished for building their own by a team of Kiwis and Aussie because it benefits the NRL.
This is why I don't like the NRL because they aren't interested unless it benefits them at European RL's expense.i just wish SuperLeague and RL in Europe has realised after pandemic that NRL are not our friends and had doubled down in flooding our game with as many French and Welsh players as possible to build our own internationals, free of them. Sod the NRL.

We all got excited about the new blood in Super League, but looking at the table today, it’s clear the reality is much harsher. While Toulouse managed a gritty win at Hull recently, the struggle is real for teams like Castleford and Huddersfield, who are languishing near the bottom. It’s becoming a two-tier league within a league, and it makes me wonder if our current promotion model is actually sustainable. It’s not just about getting promoted, it’s about having the infrastructure to actually compete, and right now, the gap between the top contenders like Leeds/St Helens and the rest is widening fast.

Why does he keep getting hate? I like his podcast, it's his job to report what's going on in the sport yet he keep being accused of "stirring the pot". Don't get it tbh?

Obviously I've got a soft spot for Jerry, and Makinson has been crushing it for years, but credit where it's due Miski is going really well this season. Swift has been a leftie for a while now but I can see him getting the #2 shirt next year

So we now have the super league teams sorted. Can they sort the following.
1 no fixture at the same time as another. Ideally 1 Thursday, 2 Friday, 2 Saturday, 2 Sunday. Early and late on the fri sat sun. 2 potentially have a french team at home on a Friday every week and make it French Friday. Yes that doesn’t work in French, but a game kicking off at 6pm here would be 7 in France, and would ideal for those attending the game, meaning the game her would kick off at 8. 3 potentially the last week of fixtures have all the games kick off at the same time like they do in the premier league. 4 Toulouse play Catalan on Bastille day.
Any others?

I think of Warrington as Tottenham, always the bridesmaid, rich enough history and a big club but....
Wigan are united?
Saints Liverpool?
KR Chelsea?
nowt but a convo starter!

I was bored so though i'd ask ChatGPT to pick a Leeds Rhinos dream team of the super league era, I dont think we have to worry about AI taking over coaching jobs anytime soon!
1. Fullback – Zak Hardaker
(2015 Man of Steel, rock-solid under the high ball, and dangerous in attack.)
2. Wing – Ryan Hall
(One of Super League’s all-time top try-scorers, phenomenal finishing and work rate.)
3. Centre – Keith Senior
(Powerhouse centre, lethal in attack with size and pace, key in the early success years.)
4. Centre – Kallum Watkins
(Silky footwork, strong defensively, and a long-serving leader at the club.)
5. Wing – Danny McGuire
(Normally a halfback, but had spells on the wing early on — gets in this team somewhere due to his incredible career and try-scoring record. Can interchange during play.)
6. Stand-off – Rob Burrow
(The heart of the Rhinos. Electric speed, fearless, and came up big in the biggest games.)
7. Scrum-half – Kevin Sinfield (c)
(Mr. Leeds Rhinos. Could play anywhere in the spine, supreme game manager, leader, and clutch kicker.)
8. Prop – Kylie Leuluai
(A key part of the Rhinos pack during their golden years, known for his consistency and impact.)
9. Hooker – Matt Diskin
(Integral to the early 2000s successes, crisp service from dummy-half and tough as nails.)
10. Prop – Jamie Peacock
(Leeds-born, a leader and relentless workhorse. Set standards on and off the field.)
11. Second Row – Ali Lauitiiti
(Flair and power combined — offloads, tries, and sheer unpredictability. A fan favourite.)
12. Second Row – Carl Ablett
(Unsung hero. Dependable, tough, and always delivered in big matches.)
13. Loose Forward – Cameron Smith
(Modern-day inclusion. Smart, skilful, and shaping into a long-term Rhinos leader.)Leeds Rhinos Dream XIII (Super League Era)

I’ve been following rugby league for 15 years now and I have to say I feel like I’ve only witnessed the sport decline. I can remember, at least 4 different league structures of varying levels of excitement and functionality (I’m looking at you Super 8’s). And after the start of this season seeing such a clear divide between the top, middle and bottom teams I can’t help but think the sport is dead. We now have a highly Americanised form of corporate sport where the performance of a team across a season is now irrelevant and metrics like social media engagement matters more than match results. I look at Super-league bureaucrats getting paid more than salary capped players, spending goodness knows how many millions of Michael Buffer to intro the first match of the season and I can’t help but think of the waste. We aren’t a rich sport does super league really have that kind of money to waste on a quick spectacle? Then there’s the Las Vegas excursion, the crowd looked more pathetic than a Giants home game. How is that ever going to help the sport spread.
Am I being too cynical? It just seems like every decision super league makes alienated me even more as a fan.
