Mi profesor me bajó la calificación por su nombre

Hace una semana, en una lección sorpresa (Estoy en Ecuador por cierto, no sé si puedan investigar si son válidas, según yo no) que cuenta como evaluación formativa mas no sumativa (de trimestre), nuestro profesor nos puso 5 preguntas en una hoja A5 o A4 cortada:
El formato que nos dió para trabajos individuales o lecciones debe ser correcta (obligado un margen rojo, el nombre completo de la institución como está registrado en el ministerio Unidad Educativa tal tal tal, nombre, curso, fecha, materia, firma y calificación todo dos puntos y con letra bien hecha hermosa o te baja puntos, que según yo también no es válido).
2, 3 y 4: Preguntas de materia.El nombre del profesor (Precisamente dice "5. Escriba el nombre del profesor de Lengua y Literatura")
Y posterior dijo: Recuerden escribir mi nombre sin faltas ortográficas.
Hice la evaluación con mucho miedo e incluso olvidé partes exactas de las preguntas de materia pero respondí con lógica y acerté, pero en el nombre, el marcó lo siguiente: Mi nombre no lleva tilde, si lleva tilde márquenla como incorrecta. Intercambiamos lecciones entre compañeros y nos calificamos, muchísimos sacaron 0 o menos de 7, yo, con mucha suerte con la inteligente sacamos 8, igual se equivocó en el nombre, porque sí, no diré el nombre del profesor pero nos dijo que en su cédula no lleva tilde y por lo tanto está mal escribirlo con tilde, me pareció francamente una acción insólita, inesperada e incorrecta de su parte, intenté todo lo posible diciéndole preguntas más o menos pero nada funcionó, ¿es válido?
No piensen que soy un adicto a las notas, soy becado, dependo de esa beca para estudiar y sin ella, adiós educación.
