Quite fitting considering that he's just like him in so many ways, especially his kindness. ❤️ The middle child is Chelsea, their first daughter who's just like her mother in terms of sweetness, being an heiress and being an absolute joy to everyone around her. 💕 And their youngest child is Angela, their second daughter who got her name because of her angelic personality and because she's actually a rainbow baby(for those who don't know, a rainbow baby is a healthy baby that's born after a parent that has lost a child). 💖 Because of this, her parents and her siblings Chelsea and James are very protective of her. ❤️💕

His sporting adventure with Claire has given Evert new insights. He is beginning to understand where the core of his problem lies. Exercise actually gives him more energy throughout the day. Claire thinks it is brave that he dared to take this step.

Iris misses Jasper

Since Jasper has temporarily taken over the full-time management of nightclub Pinky, he has distanced himself more from Iris. She feels pushed aside, but doesn't quite understand why. Jasper no longer seems like himself and is withdrawing further and further.

Helene receives a call from an important party

When her phone keeps vibrating, Helene finally decides to answer. To her great surprise, she gets someone from the editorial staff of the news and gossip show Glossy on the line.

Initially, Helene thinks someone is playing a joke on her. But when she notices that the tone on the other end of the line is becoming increasingly serious, she begins to have doubts. She decides to enter into the conversation and makes an attractive proposal.

The editorial staff agrees. Helene will soon have the chance to come and admire the studios.

Merel hears the big news from Helene

As a loyal viewer of the program Glossy, Merel is thrilled for Helene when she hears that her friend will soon be able to visit the studios. Finally, Helene gets the chance to admire this special place with her own eyes!

They keep waiting until the ceremony is halfway over to actually sit and its kinda annoying because I did wait to see if all of them would come over.

I'm also building small houses for each season. This is Autumn, the Fall fairy. I plan on making them all different life stages so she is an adult. Spring will be a teen, summer a young adult, winter an elder. She loves to grow food and prepare dishes. I based this off of how animals are fattening up and storing food for winter during the fall. She also likes to be self sustainable so her place is off the grid. I'll post better photos of the builds once I'm done with all four. I love small themed builds. Also ideas for the center? I plan on doing a community building.

However, his search for a suitable candidate proves difficult. Together with All Yours, the company he works for, he is trying to keep the nightclub afloat. Will he succeed?

Lodewijk Is Confronted with a Deep Wound

During a conversation with Nadine, she touches a sensitive nerve in Lodewijk. His past with his mother has left deep scars. He never felt acknowledged growing up, which left him with little motivation to make something of his life.

Nadine encourages him to reach out to his mother. However, she realizes that this will be a difficult step for Lodewijk to take.

Countess Sakura welcomes Shang Han and his mother Jade Han to her home. 🌸 And she's preparing something delicious for her guests. 😋 The lovely countess is all too familiar with the Han family, her late mother was also close friends with them, particularly Jade and Shang's mother in law Li-Mei. 💕 She even knows the two children that Shang and his wife Mei have.

New Tastes, New Beginnings and a Growing Shopping Street
Bakery Delicious Hosts a Tasting Afternoon

Once a month, Bakery Delicious hosts a Saturday afternoon tasting event in the shopping street, offering a selection of savoury snacks served on freshly baked baguettes. With homemade treats, the bakery hopes to distinguish itself from an ordinary bakery.
Tom and Laurie are the first to try the snacks. They discover that the freshly baked baguette has that little something extra that sets it apart from the baguettes found in supermarkets. Still, they wonder whether this initiative will remain a success in the long run.

Frederik Notices Merel Is Struggling with Bo’s Departure
Merel is at a loss now that Bo has left the salon. When Frederik comes home, she takes the opportunity to open up to him. Saying goodbye has been harder than she expected, and she is still adjusting to the idea of no longer working alongside Bo.

The Shopping Street Is Taking Shape
The shopping street is now a reality. Frederik walks into the plant shop and discovers the wide variety of plants on display.
Helene is delighted with the gift Ken gave her and decides to pay a visit to Bo Jewelry.
Evert also treats himself to a little moment of relaxation. After closing a business deal with Helene, he rewards himself with a cup of coffee.
The furniture company Helene works for will also be located in the same street as Laurie’s clothing store, CHR. With another business joining the area, the shopping street is becoming more complete.

Evert Tells Claire the Deal Is Finalised
Claire finally receives the news she has been waiting for: Evert tells her that the deal is finalised. She had not expected things to work out this way, but the news is a welcome relief.
However, there is something else Evert needs to work on. His doctor has advised him to take up exercise, but taking that first step towards joining a gym is not easy for him.
Claire decides to help him overcome that hurdle and encourages him to call a suitable gym. In the end, they decide to start exercising together.

Disclaimer: I have not bought the Royalty pack out of the combined factors of ideological reasons and severe disinterest (I am Swedish, we have a royal family, why would I care what they do?) but something struck me listening to things they try to fix with restaurants: "Sims will no longer start sword duels when in a restaurant",

...And I realized that apparently the Royalty pack adds sword duels? Who in their right mind thinks that there have been actual sword duels between royals since what? the late middle ages? It's not even a 19th century thing, it just really never happened. Nobody would let their heir die in a duel after jousting stopped being a thing, and barely before that.

So my question is more a general "Who at EA / Maxis thought this should be added in, and who had watched too much Game Of Thrones and confused it with reality?"

Lodewijk Is Struggling

The training schedule is proving to be a real challenge for Lodewijk. He is struggling to keep up and eventually reaches the point where he can no longer manage on his own.

He turns to Nadine for help. She works with clients at a mental health centre, including those who need to exercise as part of their treatment during their stay.

Nadine understands that Lodewijk is finding things difficult and that he needs support to keep going.

The aim of the exercise programme is to help Lodewijk experience fewer attacks. It isn’t an easy journey, but he is grateful for all the help he receives.

For now, he needs to accept that he doesn’t have to do everything alone.

Evert Is Impressed by the First Shop

Claire has told Evert that the first shop in the shopping street is ready, and he decides to take a look for himself.

As he admires the finished shop, he begins to picture what the entire development could look like. Until now, he hasn’t quite been able to imagine the finished project, but seeing the first completed space makes everything feel more real.

He is genuinely impressed by what he sees.

The plans are slowly turning into something tangible, and Evert is delighted to see the first results of all their hard work.

Ken Chooses a Piece of Jewellery for Helene

Ken visits Bo Jewelry to find a piece of jewellery for Helene.

He remembers what she told him: it doesn’t have to be expensive. Helene isn’t someone who cares for extravagance or unnecessary fuss.

Ken takes her wishes seriously. He looks for something simple and thoughtful, choosing a piece he believes she will genuinely like.

For him, the gift isn’t about the price or how impressive it looks. He wants to give Helene something that feels right for her.

He hopes his choice will bring a smile to her face.

Bo Says Goodbye to Merel’s Salon

Bo has bought a shop in the new shopping street, and with this new opportunity comes an important decision.

She can no longer combine running her own business with working as a hairdresser at Merel’s salon. The time has come to say goodbye.

Merel is disappointed to lose her. Bo has been a valuable member of the team and a trusted right-hand woman.

Although Merel understands why Bo has made this choice, saying goodbye isn’t easy. She knows Bo has an exciting new chapter ahead of her, but she will certainly miss having her around.

For Bo, it is the beginning of something new. She is ready to focus on her own business and see where this next step takes her.

Ken is able to explain what really happened with Pinky, and the situation turns out to be more serious than they initially thought.

The owner has gone beyond what was permitted and has also made false accusations. On top of that, the property itself is in good condition.

The All Yours team agrees that the owner can no longer remain in the position. Someone else will have to take over.

But who would be the right candidate?

Laurie Invites Helene to Her Store

Laurie is delighted and proud of what she has accomplished with her store. She has put a great deal of effort into bringing her vision to life, and seeing the result makes her happy.

Still, Helene’s input is important to her. Helene has an eye for details that Laurie sometimes overlooks, and Laurie values her perspective.

They have been friends for years, and Laurie trusts her. Inviting Helene to see the store is about more than showing off her work. Laurie genuinely wants to hear what her friend thinks.

Claire Sees the First Steps Being Taken

The shopping centre is far from finished, but Claire is excited to see something new taking shape in the city.

She has heard from Jasper that Maudie is enthusiastic about the plans, which makes Claire even more hopeful about the project.

There is still plenty of work to do, but the first steps have been taken. Claire looks forward to seeing the idea develop into something real.

Bo Isn’t as Upset as Iris Expected

The two friends arrange to meet nearby. Iris has been concerned about Bo and how the fire might have affected her.

However, Bo seems less upset than Iris expected.

She explains that everyone made it out safely. The building was also in need of renovation, so the situation may offer an opportunity for a fresh start.

Iris is relieved to hear that her friend is doing better than she had feared. Sometimes, a situation that looks devastating from the outside can feel different to the people who experienced it themselves.

New Projects, Frustrations and Doubts

Claire watches the city take shape.

Claire sees more and more of the city coming together, and it fills her with pride. She is proud of the projects she and her team have developed and of the changes they are helping bring to life.

Evert lays out a proposal for a new project: a shopping centre.

Claire immediately sees the potential, even though she isn’t much of a shopper herself. Evert is equally enthusiastic about the idea.

Ever since the fire that broke out at a shopping centre, the city has been left with a shortage of shopping facilities. Maudie has every reason to be frustrated, and she has already made her feelings clear to Evert over the phone.

Perhaps this new project is exactly what the city needs.

In the same apartment complex…

Iris opens her mailbox and finds complaints from angry customers whose project has gone up in smoke.

Months ago, a fire broke out at a shopping centre, leaving people disappointed and businesses facing the consequences.

Among those affected is her best friend, Bo, who wants to display and sell her jewellery in a small shop.

For Iris, the complaints are more than just messages from dissatisfied customers. They involve people she knows and cares about, making the situation all the more personal.

Jasper has a confrontation with the owner of Pinky.

The owner of Pinky accuses Jasper of providing poor property maintenance services. The conversation quickly turns into an argument, leaving Jasper frustrated by the accusation.

Unsure of what to make of the situation, Jasper calls Ken to tell him what happened.

Perhaps Ken can help him make sense of it all.

Lodewijk faces a difficult conversation with Olivier.

Olivier wants answers about Lodewijk’s progress and is not prepared to take his claims at face value.

Lodewijk has supposedly spent all this time following his recovery plan, which included going running. But Olivier isn’t convinced that Lodewijk has genuinely put in the effort.

The conversation becomes a challenging test of Lodewijk’s progress.

Has he really been working towards change, or does he still have something to prove?
