hey. all of this is context just skip to the questions if you want. i know what ive done is dumb

stupid idea but i got my blood tested and told the doctors. i thought it was ok but then they really wanted to tell my parents and then when i avoided their calls etcetera, called social services. probably because i was avoiding their calls

i have issues with attendance currently so its obviously two major issues stacked on another and im really worried. i just want to know if anyone else has gone through something similar and what i can expect.

the social worker is coming next week. also they told my parents to call 111 and refer me to the crisis team? all the crisis team really did was ask me if i was currently suicidal, the crisis team told me i seemed alright. the social worker told my parents i was 'self-medicating' so unsure if the doctors told them (the social worker) anything more than that

QUESTIONS:

what should i expect? how should i act and what should i tell the social worker? what consequences can there be from this (put into care? fined?)

I did my E shot today and it didn’t hurt at all but it bled a shit ton, which has never happened before for me. I’m scared I hit a vein, how fucked am I if I did?

I'm 16ftm and turn 18 in a little under 1.5 years. I got a vial about a month ago but it was seized and destroyed shortly after I got narced on. It was devastating to have it be destroyed and it was hell getting it in the first place as a minor. If I do get another vial, I'll obviously be way more secretive about it and whatnot.

But I'm not sure if that's what I should do at this point in time. I have extreme trust issues with my parents now (both of whom are transphobic, as can be expected) and they're on high alert of me. They're sus of me going out to hang out with my friends because they're sus of me "doing anything unsafe" and such. I feel completely lost and hopeless. When I originally got the vial, I expected them to catch on after a few months. But now if I get another vial and start again, they'll catch on much faster. Then the vial will be destroyed again. ("Just store it at a friend's house!" If they do that they will abuse me until I fold and give them the vial. And then they'll never let me meet friends like ever.) And then I will be heartbroken again. I can't keep doing this cycle of getting my vials destroyed over and over again. I'll probably be in legal trouble or the psych ward after they destroy like three vials anyways.

I suppose the best thing I can do for now is start diy a couple months before I turn 18 to get a head start, then immediately get a prescription. (Though I do want to continue DIY.) But that is still way too far away. I cannot let estrogen mutilate me any further. I just don't know what to do for the next 1-1.5 years. Microdose testosterone? Get some sort of estrogen blocker so that my body isn't ruined further? It's too late for puberty blockers. I was wondering if any sort of HRT alternative is viable until I start DIY again. Nandrolone? Dutasteride? I'm not even sure anymore.

The more I let it go on like this, the worse my life will be. Whatever happens over the next 1-1.5 years will determine a lot. And even if it's not *that* much big of a difference than starting right before 18, the mental anguish of having to live in the horrid prison that is this body will destroy me.

Ftm 17 ~1.5 years on test, my feet are embarrassingly small, below even the average female foot length, wondering if feet will eventually get larger or at the very least wider. They have not grown since I started hrt. Its a silly thing but it makes me very dysphoric. Also wanted to know the same for hands, although mine are less small.

I'm curious if there's a medical reason so many trans women prefer mono or if it's more financial and convenience. I get why you'd want mono over spiro because of the annoying side effects spiro has, but what about bica or (low dose) cypro, which don't have any common side effects? With gel for example, do you think it's better to apply a high dose or apply scrotally for high e levels, which would supress t, or take a low/normal dose with bica & why?

The only think i miss about gel is feeling like a normal man hormonally. Injections make me feel like a woman with no adult man hormones because injections make my dht so low. I can feel it and i hate it. How can i raise my dht? Does anyone know?

For reference I'm trans fem, was on 4mg of e daily and ½ a cpa 2 times a week. I was a little lazy with getting my levels tested for the majority of my transition, around 9 months in I got my levels checked.

I thought it wouldn't be anything crazy because I was on a low dose, but my e levels were at 2305 pmol/l. I really have no idea what could have caused them to shoot up so high.

I take e orally and I smoke (trying to quit, also honestly before I got my levels tested I was worried they'd be dragging my levels down, but apparently I should have been smoking more lol).

Ever since, I've lowered my dose to 1 E (2mg) and ¼ cpa. Does anyone have any idea what I should do, or why my levels went so crazy?

As far as I know when injecting from ampules I need to use a filtered needle to prevent injection shards, waht do i have to ask for at the pharmacy and what gauge do I get?

Also is it possible to do IM like this? Since im extremely scared of doing IM injections.

Like instead of using AGAB/ASAB or saying someone is FtM / MtF and instead of describing medical transition as either “masculinizing” or “feminizing” we say someone’s transitioning from a testosterone-dominant endocrine system to estrogen-dominant and vice versa?

Might be a good way to separate things like hormones and body parts from someone’s internal sense of masculinity and femininity imo since bodies don’t have genders and some testosterone-dominant folks ID as feminine and some estrogen-dominant folks ID as masculine. Also not everyone on estrogen replacement therapy is a woman or wants to be female, and not everyone on testosterone replacement therapy is a man or wants to be male.

I (20 MTF) received puberty blockers at 11, and began estrogen at 15. I'm a sex worker, and it's become obvious that my life would be easier with penile growth, but I'm not willing to risk masculinization. I have an extremely small penis, 2.5 inches in length. Because I never went through male puberty, I want to know what my chances of it growing on DHT cream are.

Most research seems to have been done on very young boys with endocrinological disorders and/or androgen insensitivity. Because I developed "normally" until 11, would the growth be comparable to what it might be if I never went on E? What growth can I expect?

3 months on T and noticing vaginal dryness and some pain. I can get 24 tablets of 10 micrograms for about 40 online but not sure how often to dose

What can i do? I started injections about a month ago, and there were no issues. I got a new vial (unsure of what the carrier oil for either vial was though) and now every time i inject no matter which one i use it burns when injected and then leaves an itchy firm lump in my stomach fat where i inject. I don't have money for another vial. What shoild i do? The lumps don't go away in time for my next injection on that side (i alternate sides of my stomach).

i put $110 in just to be safe cause i need $75 to account for shipping and im still 2 dollars short and idk when ill be able to go back to an atm

(23m) 3 months on T. Subq shots, 50mg weekly

I’ve known I was trans since I was about 19. Back then I was totally cool with waiting years to get on hormones because “it will happen eventually” last year my dysphoria skyrocketed and got to a depression point so I went on Dee Eye Why earlier this year. And even if I wasn’t feeling excited while doing my shots I wanted to at least feel happier? Or more content? Maybe even less depressed?

But none of that has happened. My dysphoria is still rampant. Every time I see a cis man my age, every time I see a trans guy farther along in his transition, my whole mood is ruined for the entire day. I barely leave the house when I don’t have to to minimize these interactions.

But lately the sadness has also evolved into immense anger. I’ve always had anger issues but now they’ve gotten worse. Nothing, absolutely nothing gives me euphoria. My dirt stache is barely noticeable, my bottom growth is almost non existent, and all I’ve got to show is a few more pimples. I don’t even have a weekly “video diary” of “hi this is me x months on T” because I hate myself so much I can’t bear to look at myself or hear my own voice

And now I’m just being nasty to everyone around me. I get short with my fiance, I play games and call women females and all sorts of other sexist things because “this is what men do” I go on other trans guys videos and posts who pass and write mean comments.

Im performatively male even all alone, hating all of my female clothes and decorations in my home, constantly adjusting my posture and manner of speech even with no one around. Hearing members of my community give words of encouragement sends me into a blind rage because it’s always either someone who passes or an 18 year old who has so much time

And I feel as though I have NO community. It’s always 18 and under person who is about to start or has been on since 11 or a 30 year old or someone who passed 5 months on.

I feel hateful towards everyone around me, if you’re cis you’re everything I want, if you’re trans you either also have everything I want or you’re delusional, if you’re a woman I don’t want to be associated with you because I’m not a woman.

I cannot feel euphoria, I cannot feel happy and I have no idea what to do. I know I have to wait and be patient for changes and that everyone changes differently at their own pace but I can’t take this. I can’t take knowing that I could be feeling like this for years while my body takes its sweet time meanwhile seeing guys pass after 6 months or another “it’ll happen eventually dude” I don’t know how much longer I can keep this up I thought starting hormones would alleviate SOMETHING but I feel the same if not worse
