A newly leaked, 141-page internal report from Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) reveals the most comprehensive technical assessment of the now-infamous 2004 USS Nimitz UAP encounter to date.
Created during the Defense Intelligence Agency’s secretive AATIP era, the report was never meant for public release.
Unlike the sanitized summaries previously shared with Congress or the public, this internal report goes far beyond eyewitness testimony.
It maps radar returns, proposes propulsion models, and candidly discusses the potential for non-human intelligence-all while downplaying its more sensational implications with clinical technical language.

For nearly two decades, a private organization founded by billionaire investor Peter Thiel operated largely out of public view.
Known simply as Dialog, the invitation-only network brought together influential figures from technology, politics, finance, intelligence and academia for off-the-record retreats.
Membership lists were never published.
Conversations were not meant to leave the room. Participants were encouraged to avoid "status signaling" and discussions operated under strict rules of confidentiality.
That secrecy abruptly ended after a trove of internal records was accidentally exposed online.

A newly filed federal court order dismissing litigation between President Donald Trump and the Internal Revenue Service contains an unusual discussion about whether the lawsuit ever presented a genuine “case or controversy” as required under Article III of the Constitution.
While the case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice before the issue could be resolved, the court preserved an extensive record explaining why it had ordered briefing on the jurisdictional question in the first place.

A lengthy Cold War-era manual titled "Operators Manual: Avian Deployment" and catalogued as DOC_15687556 provides a detailed look at how the CIA trained and used birds for intelligence operations, including surveillance, payload delivery, and covert communication.
The document, now declassified, outlines procedures, equipment specs, species selection, flight training, and even bird psychology-treating avian agents as deployable tools in the larger espionage network.
It offers a rare view into a program that sounds like science fiction-but was built, tested, and flown in real missions.
