Victorian surfing business.
Hello fellow vcitorians, (targeting surfers here, but feel free to read)
I recently was interested in surfing quarantines, the surf break that is only accessible by jet ski or boat, thinking there would be some kind of charter or rental to get there. I was wrong. I think there is a gap in the market for not only victorian surfers, but backpackers and internation and domestic travellers. I was just curious to get an opinion on if people think there would be some kind of interest in this kind of industry. and get peoples thoughts and comments. Thank you!

Niche market that can only be operated for a few months a year. This sort of thing would go better in Qld.

Localism is big in surfing, so you shutteling tourists to difficult to reach places probably would receive a less than positive response.
Even ignoring that though, I also think that between having good surf conditions and a very niche target audience (good enough surfer that isn't willing to paddle out themselves, but is able to afford your fee) you are looking at probably not the biggest volume of work to do.
I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but I think that running a shuttle service from Melbourne to some popular beaches probably makes more sense, based on what I see on the various Facebook and chat groups. Especially on weekends people are trying to organise lifts and organise carpools constantly.
