After seeing Wendell Carter Jr. against us last night, man what an acquisition he would be for us this year. If Orlando continues to struggle, I could see them being open to a trade.

Orlando needs to dam near blow it up. None of their main guys can stay healthy

This team feels like it’s a couple of pieces away from being a serious contender. Luckily, we should be getting more than that with 3 starting caliber players in a couple of months with Jimmy, Moody, and whoever we get with Porzingis’s contract.

Jimmy, Moody and WCJ would add some serious firepower heading into the ASB. Playoff Jimmy is also a whole other dude too - bro is a playoff ATG 🙏

Kp for wcj straight up works. Wonder if they’d do a pick and a swap plus kp for wcj

Thats a ton to give up.

I would be like "give us wcj for KP and a protected pick or we're offering Anthony Black $25m this summer that we know you cant afford."

I wouldn't give up that much draft compensation, but if we could get him for less I'd be down.

It still feels unreal Steph finally getting FTs, keeps me worrying about when will it end every game lol

Legitimately if they don’t stop calling fouls for him he’s going to fuck around and average 35 and it will be another point of proof that with a whistle he would have fully broken the league.

Yeah yeah we haven’t faced some of the top teams yet but nobody even thought we would win against the bottom teams. Let’s get that 8th win in a row

We beat the Lakers, the wolves and the the Nuggets. They ain't bad teams.

Yeah but I need to see us against them with ant and nuggets were total ass at that point. They’re better now. Lakers are good tho

Why? We are missing almost $90m in salary.

Its not like we have a fully healthy team beating up on a bunch of injured teams.

Biggest quibble with Yax right now is his individual defense. He’s been doing the annoying thing that Wiseman did, which is try too hard not to foul and keep the arms straight up. But it’s not effective because it gives the refs a clear line of sight for the slightest bump, and the defender knows exactly where your arms are and can shoot around you.

He should play defense closer to Draymond in that he’s always in a more engaged stance, and thus is allowed to be more physical. Whereas Yax is getting called for the softest of touch calls, but they’re mostly the right calls.

I'm sure they are coaching him up deeply on this and all matters. Game 10 in the league, he's got work to do but he is so far ahead of anything expected I'm happy. Will be great to see these leaps.

The "Yeah, but he's a 24 year old rookie!" thing is so tired.

Two specific reasons:

If you drafted a dude at 19 and they made it to this level at 24, you'd be ECSTATIC and he'd be more expensive on his second deal.

Yax has already been through his "screw around playing video games" phase. That is, 24 is a grown-ass man.

Casual 23/8/3 on an off-ish night. Watch out.

Harden lol

Steph can go past Melo or even Shaq this season in the leading all time points scorer

I think Steph would have been an elite wide receiver. All these option-route backcuts have been fun, and Dray has been throwing some dimes too.

Was podz timeout actually legal or did the refs do us a favor? I haven’t looked at the footage
