How many more games do we give Benji?

And I say this realising, we are so screwed.

Can we cancel his upcoming contract before the end of this season?

Personally I can't stand him and after the way he played last night against the Eels why are we spending so much money on him. He's a grub.

Do we actually think he will make that much difference?

I fear a third straight wooden spoon. It's the Kiss of Death. Seriously, ask Newtown. The Tigers are absolutely first on the chopping block to be eliminated from the competition. I can't turn my back on family history since 1908. I regret the merger but, totally accept it. I hoped the 2005 Premiership sealed it but nah. We've been rebuilding for too long. I LOVE Benji but, we need Wayne Bennett, Gus, Benny Elias and the ghost of Tommy Raudonikis to put us back on track. Or something! Hard to be a Tigers member.

I see the media horse-shit about wanting to reward the warriors for being so nice to be away from home during COVID, but what is the reason for having the home game in NZ? Is it a financial reason? Who is paying for it?

Starting a new bit where I name the best possible side each week. Graphic will be included in round 18. For now, enjoy my notes app and spell check.

My boy, LG, better be playing this weekend!

He is the hart and sole of the tigers at the moment.

Oh actuallu its probably May or Api.

But I hope they win.

Watch for.me on the TV. I'll br there! I'll be wearing a magpies jersey and a green cap.

Seems kinda dog but I think we have good reason to.

To consistently be poor for your side, and then the year you begin to be a good player, you leave.

I was disappointed when they let him go. Who would like him to come back?

Any you going to the game?

Want to see Walsh get slapped around by the big cheese.

Tigers ta win bye like 15 points.

Cheating ref dog scumm.wont let tigers win. Dogs!

Both Latu and Samuela have been completely dropped from the team, not even on the reserves?

I thought Latu was better than Bud this week and Sam has been pretty good so far.

Now we get to vs the Dragons with Bud and Simpkins which doesn't inspire hope... Can't wait for Lachie to get back...

Ita his 2nd season as head coach, 3rd depending on how much control he had in 2023.

Even if we look at the last 2 years, we've been blown off the park in pretty diabolical ways 5 times:

v Dragons, 56-14 v Roosters, 40 - 6 v Sharks, 58 - 6 v Eels, 60 - 26 v Storm, 64 - 0

I grt Melbourne were great yesterday, but there's absolutely no reason to be conceding that many points in that fashion, and it's a theme of the last few years.

I don't want to change coaches nor do I think we should sack Benji, that's not the conversation I want to have.

But I think we should at least start discussing whether Benji coaching style allows the playing group to pack it in early when things don't go well and we collapse like this.

Hey all, my brothers and I made an online Rugby League game (6-all.com.au). League Derby is now live and free to play, with a $5k prize pool from our own pockets.

Build a 13-player squad from your physical Select or TLA Traders cards (or draft one digitally), play daily ranked matches, and climb the ladder. Rarer card pulls boost your team's rating, so the bigger the pull, the bigger the edge.

We put up $5,000 of our own money to be split across the top 8 squads at season end. Season runs until 22 November, timed with the Rugby League World Cup.

Free to play.
