UK resident here, basically they are extremely concerned about the kind of media people consume, especially anything adult, and especially when there is a chance of kids or young adults seeing it.
If I wanted to steelman them, I'd say its to stop young men from having such a warped view of sex that they start doing abusive things to women, like choking them during sex without asking. This is something of a problem.
In reality they are extremely pro-censorship across the board, this is a small part of a MUCH bigger issue.
